I have been with State Farm - Seth Walizer for over six years. From the very first person I had contact with, Rachel, I was greeted with a warm and friendly hello. She answered and took care of all my needs. This office is certainly one of the best I have ever had to deal with - professional, conscientious and friendly. I would recommend them highly.

I had an issue with my local agent overcharging us for insurance, and I switched to agent Dorie Bering to give State Farm one more chance. Well, let’s just say Dorie didn’t only fix all the issues we were having, she bundled our policies to save us money and got us renter’s insurance and jewelry insurance at a ridiculously good price. Always have a great experience with Seth and Chris at State Farm. They help with any/all all quotes and claims for my cars and motorcycles immediately and are always responsive, no matter what time I contact them. Chris is always accommodating when I'm looking for a quote for a new vehicle to add or replace on my policy. I also appreciate that they follow up when I have to file a claim to make sure everything is taken care of and that I don't have any other issues or concerns to address.

Seth and Crew have been very helpful throughout my five years with State Farm. I switched to them from an on-line insurance company where you never get an opportunity to speak to an agent. I much rather speak to an agent if I have a question about something rather than sitting on the phone listening to recordings. The Crew at this office is very knowledgeable and best of all, answers the phone, and if by chance, they are all busy, someone will call you right back. When comparing apples to apples, the Walizer Group is well below in prices. Like others, I shopped before our agreement.

So back story...Went to High School with Laura Walizer( one of my best friends) and she introduced me to Seth. The rest has been amazing. Seth can handle any of your insurance needs as well as any financial advice. I recently had my wife's wedding ring go missing and the claim process took less then an hour. It was fantastic. Seth and his staff did a great job with meeting all of my insurance needs. I obtained a new auto, homeowners, and personal property policy today. All together, Seth and Lauri Robinson saved me over $1,300 a year. This was accomplished by keeping the exact same policies as I had previously had with another insurance company.

I’ve been with State Farm for 28 years. All the reps I dealt with were all great! But retirement is what assigned me new reps. When Seth became my new rep the first thing I thought was, he’s younger and I’ll have this one a long time lol.
