Our basement family room desperately needed to be modernized. It needed a full bathroom installed as well since we only had one bathroom in the house. Josh and his staff are AMAZING! They are all very professional and always on time. They totally transformed our basement. My husband and I are so pleased with the work that they’ve done. They are also working on our upstairs bathroom. One thing that i can say about Josh is that he will not cover up something that is wrong. He will definitely make you aware and he will fix it. He does the job right! I had 3 estimates and for all of the work he is doing, his prices were very fair unlike some who were going to do less and charged more. HHI provided excellent coordination and execution of two significant projects - (1) two bathroom remodels (2nd floor) and (2) family room, kitchen, laundry bathroom remodel (1st floor) approximately 10 years ago. The work has held up well over the past decade, too. And finally - Josh, in particular, has been willing to provide advice, coordinate, or assist with wearable item replacements that have needed attention over the past decade.

We cannot say enough great things about Josh and his team! Josh was able to redesign and renovate our 1990's master bathroom into a modern masterpiece! Josh worked with us to ensure we were able to do this renovation while staying within our budget and exceeded every expectation we had. Josh and his team are true craftsmen. Josh and Ben were absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend them to anyone! Josh was able to squeeze my kitchen backsplash project into his very busy schedule to make sure it got done right before thanksgiving. It only took 3 days to complete the job. The tile looks beautiful, is aligned properly, and very clean work. Josh also fixed some electrical issues that he found while working in the kitchen. It gave us piece of mind knowing the electric was now configured safely. I will definitely be using Josh again for our next home renovation!

After Hails Home Improvements remodeled our Kitchen last year we had to engage them to redo our master bath. Josh was engaged with us from design to ordering materials, creative changes and final completion to what is an unprecedented master bath with every option possible to make it luxurious and functional.
