SIR Physical Therapy, Ridgewood Location

I’ve been to SIR Therapy for over a month and I’m starting to feel so much better with my treatment. The therapists are very good at what they do and are empathetic to your pain and struggles. Very helpful if you have any questions. I’d recommend them to anyone that would need therapy.

I’m on my 5th week (x3 days) rehabbing from hip replacement. It’s a slog and it’s tough but everyone there is great from the therapists to the support staff. I have worked with several of the therapists and I would be hard pressed to pick a star because each one is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I’m really glad I chose this facility for my therapy. I even look forward to going!

The therapist were knowledgeable on my symptoms n knew how to treat me and took extra care in treatment. All of the therapist there should be commended on a job well done. I shall return in future .Roxy has a great sense of humor

Katherine at SIR Physical Therapy. Listened to and addressed concerns I raised. Very professional and courteous to work with. Provided multiple exercises I can do to try to prevent making my injury worse which was really appreciated.

I thought the PTA's were outstanding. Very caring. Explained everything, Made sure I was comfortable. It was easy to schedule at the times I needed. Everyone was very pleasant.

Everyone is professional and very knowledgeable they really seem to care if you get better. Upon arrival you are welcomed with nothing but smiles and joy so I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a therapy session.

SIR P.T. has a very large gym, modern equipment and fabulous staff. I am impressed by the knowledge of the staff and their commitment to their task. Their attention to customer service is outstanding!

I am always greeted and seen in a very timely manner. The therapists ( Roxy mostly) all seem very positive and confident in their skills. It’s a great experience all around! I do think it’s very dark and could use better lighting. They are doing everything else right!

This is the second time I have come to therapy at SIR. The staff is always helpful and kind. I love working with Lindsey because she is helpful, caring and listens to my concerns. I feel comfortable having her as one of my therapist.

I was very pleased with the progress. Now out of rehab, but still doing the exercises/therapy. I had an ACL/meniscus tear and had already had full range of motion post 2 weeks injury and therapy. I’m thinking I have regained almost full strength in affected limb. Extremely pleased with my therapist, Catherine. Thanks.

All employees are concerned about your therapy. Each one knows my name and asks about my well being. The PT staff are excellent at healing their patients

Nothing but a great experience with the so very skilled, inventive staff at SIR. The atmosphere is terrific -- natural light, lots of space & best of all, true comradery among the staff. Getting stronger every day & light years from where I was 2 months ago. They are so supportive of their clients! PS -- post hip replacement, I am back to SIR & it's just terrific. I could not more strongly recommend this organization!
