Thank goodness for Sarah and Adrian at the front desk, some of the most pleasant time I've had when dealing with my vehicle! I came on a previous day to see exactly what I needed for getting my title and registration into the state of PA. We primarily worked with Sarah, and we were in and out in less than 10-20 minutes roughly after we can back with everything the next day. Will be back again for their services!

I want to commend “Adrianne” at Commonwealth Auto Tags (Reading, PA) for outstanding service this past weekend with the registration of my vehicles. She was patient, cheerful, and helpful. I also noticed that she was helping her coworkers with complicated issues AND still processing my paperwork! That is very impressive and should be recognized by her employer and existing/future customers!

These women saved me time and money! Besides the fact that they were friendly and very helpful, they were also transparent with any questions or concerns that I had. I had a much better experience here than I did at Erie Insurance (next to PennDot). Stay away from that place. The man there didn't give 2 f*$@s about my questions or concerns. That's not how you keep customers!!!

We needed several services and Adrian was so helpful. She was knowledgeable and very efficient in walking us through the process, and had a smile on her face the entire time!

My hats off to this office for their level of customer service. I recently visited the West Reading location and wasn't having much luck with my insurance company at the time. I can not begin to express how patient and courteous the satff assisted me. I am a true believer of customer service and practice it daily as well. Renae and Lyzz had me flabbergasted. They answered every question and addressed each concern as needed. I felt horrible because my transaction took longer than expected and they stood past closing time. I HIGHLY recommend them and can assure you, you will not be disappointed. They are very educated and knowledgeable on the laws and guidelines of Penndot. Well done ladies!!!!!!

I do not remeber her name but she has short blonde hair. Was there 1/7/19 in the morning. I was approached as soon as I walked in. I Had to get my plate replaced and she helped me and got everything situated in 10 mins. Thank you.
