Mary Beth was very helpful. She suggested having the designer come out and draw up a plan with the furniture. She took me around the store to try different chairs and helped me pull fabric colors. I will definitely make a purchase when I know how it will fit.

I had the best experience working with Chelsea to redesign my living room. My in-home appointment with her felt like I was with an old friend. My follow up appointment in the store was very thorough, she took her time and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Our living room feels like home now, cozy and functional.

We purchased 2 Pinnacle Platinum Power Lift Recliner w/ Headrest & Lumbar for our 95 year old mother and aunt in assisted living. These chairs help reduce water retention in their legs and makes getting up much easier. The sales lady was very helpful, and the delivery men were outstanding. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

If you want patient and creative consultation seek out Mary Beth and Chelsea. Mary Beth spent 2 hours with me laid out a whole design for our living room. I went back the next day with a rework and again she sat with me as I kept confusing myself. She kept encouraging me to have Chelsea come out to the house. Next day Chelsea began working her magic. We ended up ordering totally different fabrics based on our house lighting and look. Chelsea did a virtual design and it was beautiful. She has as much talent and creativity as Mary Beth has patience! We went over our budget a bit but honestly these ladies made it (fairly) painless.

Both Bethanie and Chelsea were a joy. They were able to answer all of our questions, and provided exceptional feedback and direction through our journey of choosing all new living room furniture and accessories. Their personalities were engaging and attentive, without being overbearing or pushy. Very grateful for their guidance and expertise.

We had a very pleasant experience with La z Boy . Kim greeted us in the showroom and helped guide us thru the various choices of recliners and fabrics. She encouraged us to use their design services to help pull together the look in our living room. Within a few days we met at our house with Chelsea and cam up with a few options. Several days later we met with Chelsea at the showroom and chose the furniture , rug and accessories for the new living room. She so helpful and we appreciated her advice.

Enjoyable experience with Scott and Chelsea. Both knowledgeable and helpful making the furniture buying a non stressful event. Chelsea even came out to our property with samples to help in our selections! Highlight recommend both of them.

When we first entered the store, Mary Beth was welcoming and accommodating and made great suggestions. After deciding to purchase items from La-Z-Boy, we began working with a talented and fantastic designer, Chelsea. She asked questions, listened to our responses, and created this unique space for our new living room that is absolutely beautiful!! We had so much fun working with Chelsea. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We went in knowing which sectional we wanted but weren’t sure on the fabric and the exact color. Kim was beyond helpful explaining what fabrics would be best for us and we were able to actually look and feel all of them which was an enormous help. Not only was Kim helpful but she is incredibly nice. I like that when we walked in and told her at first we were browsing all she did was explain a few things and let us go. That is a a test for me, if a salesperson harasses me and follows me around after I say “I’m browsing” I will walk out of the store. She gave us time and eventually came back over which was perfect in my book! Now my husband and I can’t wait for our new furniture!!!

Everyone at this store is pleasant and very helpful. My husband and I were both looking for new chairs. We tried quite a few chairs and successfully found just the right one. The staff then checked us out and provided us with the delivery date for our purchased chairs. The whole process at the store was fabulous.

The manager at this La-Z-Boy was great! Very helpful but not pushy. Came in at the right time and the one recliner I really liked happened to be on sale.

Kimberly Skiles was the LA-Z-BOY associate who helped me select my furniture. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable during the process. It is quite obvious she is very experienced and able to guide her customers with their furniture purchase decisions. If the need arises for additional furniture, I will seek her out for assistance. She is an outstanding representative for LA-Z BOY and is an asset to the firm.

Loved the in-home service to check color fabrics and furniture sizes prior to buying! The sales rep was awesome!

Was greeted as my friend and I entered the door. That gentleman ending up being busy with another customer so he sent another associate to help me.
She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all.
