Home Town Breakfast Bar & Grill

This is about 10 min from bear creek mountain resort. We waited maybe about 10 min on a Sunday morning/brunch time. Food was very good and on par with some of my favorite diners at home (NJ). The Alice fries were notable only because the side of ranch was probably the best ranch I've ever had! My western omlette was perfect 👌 Our waiter was so sweet and very good. I'd def stop here again.

First time here and oh boy I was impressed with how nice the staff were! Food was amazing, bacon tasted like it was smoked, super delicious and the carnitas omelette was super good.
Also, if you are craving mimosas for breakfast this is the place for you.
Plenty of handicap parking and plenty space for everybody.
Overall, awesome place.

Great food and atmosphere. Our server was very attentive. I recommend the carnitas benedict 😋. The home fries were surprisingly good.

We don't come here often mostly due to work and finances. But I can't think of a time I haven't been greeted promptly warmly and treated very well. The food is very well done, and reasonably priced. This is a nice place that has the feel of the down home dinner with the menu and quality of a much more expensive restaurant. I would highly recommend the mozzarella squares they blew me away with how big they are and the homemade sauce was delicious! This is a great stop for a family or just a few people looking for a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a meal and chat.

We always love it here. I've never had poor service or bad food. My kids love the free ice cream on Fridays! Last year, they accommodated my party of 20 after a small funeral and they handled it with ease. (I called a few days in advance as well so they could prepare) No ones food orders were wrong, and service was so quick. I'd say they have top quality diner food! I enjoy coming here for any meal of the day!

Best local place for breakfast, this is my family’s go to spot!! I absolutely love it they never disappoint! The breakfast here is amazing I think we have tried almost all breakfast options between me and my family. all omelettes are great, pancakes and French toast always fluffy and flavorful! I’m telling ya’ll they never miss they only hit!! I’ll post pics next time I go!!!

We usually go here for brunch...great food...large portions & great cocktails... I usually get the Eggs Benedict and it's wonderful! Would definitely recommend!!

Nice place! 😊 I’ve been coming here occasionally since about 2008. It feels more upscale than your typical diner, and I’ve always had great experiences with the food. I’m much more familiar with the breakfast menu, but the one time I had dinner here, I enjoyed it. Give it a try! And if you do, ask for a table in the back room; it’s quite nice. ☺

Prior bookings needed over the weekends for as wait times may be more than 20-39 minutes. Spacious enough for a good crowd and families alike. Quality food 🥘 served in high tables and cocktail ranges are great too. A little slow but food makes up for the wait time once it arrives. Waffles were really fresh and breads freshly baked.

I have been coming to Hometown for years, and I find the cleanliness and quality of food consistently fantastic. Both of my kids have worked here for years and the management is hardworking, fair and friendly. We are grateful for Hometown being a huge part of our community. A shout out to Janice for her hard work and dedication as manager!!!

Had to be one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to, our bartender & server Nick was splendid to dine with, the atmosphere and decor even the uniforms has wonderful touch.
BUT… They cooked pals of bacon and let it sit under the heat lamp. It came out so greasy and so brittle.
Not to mention on a busy Sunday, there was no waffles, which was odd, but the waffle machine is often down ..

I recommend.

This was my first time to visit and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The hostess was friendly and Nick our waiter was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The food was nice and hot and Nick even brought me an extra serving of tartar for my fish which was delicious! I will definitely be coming back and I was told the breakfast is even better! One more thing; Nick definitely goes above and beyond as we saw him making the alcoholic drinks in between serving tables and I must say to management I hope he is getting adequately compensated for doing both jobs.

The food was delicious, the menu is excellent and accommodating, the wait staff were quick, pleasant and attentive. We live locally and haven't been here since it was remodeled, but now we will definitely return soon. Although the prices are a bit higher than what I would expect at a diner and breakfast stops at 2pm, the quality and care more than compensates. 5 stars, don't miss it.

We are never disappointed when we go there. Food is always good and the servers are friendly. Always look forward to going there and always a good experience.

This diner had great selections and reasonable prices. Staff was super friendly. Our waitress in training and her trainer were super cool.

Carnitas benedict is to die for! They also have the best bloody marys.. It's so fresh. Plus the service here is always amazing... Everyone is so friendly and attentive.

You get allot of food for your money. Came out hot I had no complaints. Friendly staff and the restaurant had a nice welcoming feeling.

Been coming here since this place opened. The Gyro& Chicken parm sandwich are amazing. The soft serv ice cream bar is always great for the summer time. Food is always fresh hott and delicious.
