Big Lots

Big Lots is a discount store. Don't go looking for "high end" items, however, what they have is descent. I find alot of good quality things in home decor, and they're great for seasonal products! I always go to Big Lots first when I'm looking for something that isn't necessarily a lifetime piece, such as bathroom decor or a rug...because the price is right, I can change some decor as frequently as I want. 5 stars! You will find something that you didn't even know you needed or wanted!

Hector from furniture department was very wonderful, his customer service skill was really great. He went above and beyond, he made everything very easy. He has a pleasant personality. Very Helpful!

The products are well supplied and the furniture selection is great. Just purchased a futon with the help of professional, friendly and courteous manager and staff.

I just can't say enough about your employer Hector @ Trexlertown store. He helped my mom and dad pick out there new living room set right in time for the holidays. Hector was soooo patient and kind to them. My mom was so impressed with the prices she says this is her new FAVORITE STORE !!

PS.. I'm going back to see Hector for my new living room set for Christmas 🎄

Joe in the furniture department is amazing! My husband and I bought a new bed and he was very friendly and helpful. After having it for 2 days it ended up being too soft for my husband so we had to exchange it. Joe was there again and even more helpful this time! He showed us a few options and made the exchange process quick and easy. We definitely recommend buying your furniture through here. 😊

Wonderful experience finding pretty, budget-friendly furniture and decor for our small balcony! The employee who confirmed the furniture was in stock and checked us out was great. It took some finagling to get the two large metal chairs and cushions into our car (had to unbox them), but the loader who assisted us was cheerful, helpful, and understanding. Very happy!

I love.this store. Lots of things that are unusual or different. They always have something new, the prices are generally good and I always find something to buy. I recommend checking out the store for yourselves and happy shopping.

This store is friendly, clean, helpful and well stocked. It is becoming a quick go to for household supplies and seasonal decorations. I like their children's furniture and have 2 couches will have proved durable!

Love this Big Lots! They’re usually well stocked on necessities, and have items for all areas of life. The furniture section is large and shelves stocked. The people who work there are always trying to help and willing to answer questions.

Staff is very warm and friendly. Very rare to see in a big chain corporate type of store. You can find some things cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for.

I love it great prices for great items, one thing bothered me I bought stuff for dog to rub on him too kill fleas ticks etc. It said 4 for 5 dollars when I got and wanted apply the ointment there was only one in the box !
