The staff and management team at this location in Trexlertown are extremely helpful & pleasant in every area. Every time I used this store for my hardware and home needs, I usually found what I needed and if not was pointed in the right direction. My two sons completed their Eagle Scout projects at a local elementary school and requested donation assistance and the office Manager Cathrine was more than happy to contribute with tools and supplies to make both projects possible. We are extremely grateful to Ace Hardware and Cathrine for their assistance and will always use this store for our hardware needs. 👍👍👍👍👍

Everyone is very helpful here, expect helpful service. They also sells mulch and propane, cheap! And they have bins for the oddest screws you never thought you'd find.

The goods are quite complete. They have good communication skills. I have worked in this kind of store in Malaysia for 10 years.

They don’t always have everything I need for our school maintenance, but they have almost everything! And the associates are very helpful whenever you need assistance finding certain things. Much better than those globo hardware stores!

Hello, I just wanted to state that Katherine was extremely helpful with completing my Eagle Scout project. she went above and beyond with assisting me gathering supplies necessary for completing my project.

I go here when I want feedback and advice from employees who are knowledgeable about their departments. For painting in particular, I've met at least two different employees who could explain things like undertones and primer.

This store is amazing. They have the best screw/nut/washer section of any home improvement area, blows away Home Depot and Lowes. But more important than that, customer service is outstanding! They will approach you with a friendly smile, go out of their way to see if you have any questions, and give you their professional (and honest) guidance. These guys should run in-services for companies around the country on how to re-connect with clients because they get it and the rest of the world seems to have forgotten that! I feel lucky to have them around the area and I'll gladly make my way in; I actually look forward to coming here! -Marc

I recently stopped in to this Ace for paint samples. I spoke with Karen and was delighted, Karen was incredibly helpful. She advised me about the paint, and even hardwood flooring. An absolute wealth of knowledge, highly recommended!

The staff at Bell Ace is so helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with us to get all necessary parts for installing a whole house water filter. They also gave us recommendations on the best supplies for our interior painting projects. Highly recommend shopping there.

Been going here for years and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they always seem to have what I need. Most recently I bought a new Weber grill from them and took them up on their free assembly and delivery promotion and they told me to expect it in about a week and a half and within 3 days of ordering the grill I got a call that it was ready and could be delivered same day. Expectations exceeded! Will continue to shop here and refer others to do the same.

Love this little local hardware store I shop here all the time for the little fixes and projects at home. This little location has all your hardware needs. Located across the street from the strip with Mama's Italian Restaurant, and Polished Nails.

Amazing staff. I went in for one specific plumbing piece for my new faucet, and I’m basically clueless once there’s a problem.
