Mr. Shaw was great. I came in just to ask a question about my auto. Peter took a look at my account and gave me advice about my different choices. From there, I was able to make informed decisions, get more appropriate insurance and save money!!

After a terrible call on customer service 800 line in which I was in tears and hung up on, I decided to call a local office in hopes to understand an autopayment withdrawal that was not expected. I wish I would have called locally originally because not only did she apologize for the others actions, Sandra was more than understanding and was able to explain what happened instantly. She also took the time to go through my whole policy with me and make adjustments which also helped me save money. Her kindness and promptness was superb and very appreciated.

Wow! What an experience with the team at GEICO Wyomissing. Sandra was very informative and kind. Recommend the correct coverages along with saving me money. I was offered water, tea, and coffee. My kids came along and was offered to play basketball, how awesome. GEICO is the way to go, I’ve tried other places and never got this kind of service.
