Ryan was able to fix our internet/computer concerns in an hr. He did what Verizon couldn't do in a year and that's after sending technicians out 50+ times. He's Awesome! Always willing to explain and help. He only provides the very best service to his customer!

Needed a new PC Workstation (for my business) with high-end graphics card to run Solidworks CAD. Ryan built a computer (and sourced the best graphics card) for me that far exceeded my expectations. I've messaged him with emergency computer repair to get my wife off tona school trip in time and not only was he able to accommodate but he was very professional and timely. I've also had him do a pretty particular job for a Christmas gift for someone. Having built my own computers for over 10 years it's difficult for me to not be extremely critical with a repairshop.

B&Rs could not have done a better job for me. The customer service was fantastic. Staff was extremely attentive and made sure to contact me every step of the way, even if it was just an update that they were waiting on an outside source.

I drove over 1hr to reach this store and I'd happily do it again should there ever be a situation that I couldn't or just didn't have the time to handle myself.

The service to transfer my data to the new computer with an updated operating system was lightening fast. I was given updates to the progress of the task as well as ways to save money. Took my Surface Pro in for a software issue ( they don't do hardware issues on Surface Pro) and very happy with service and results. I had issue with not booting up and difficulty with starting in safe mode, kept looping. They took care of it and all is good! Quick, reasonable cost and good communication!

Great family business. So far I have purchased a Dell desktop for my mother and a replacement HP laptop power supply. Both are working well.
On my last visit, we had a nice conversation about how configurable computers are, basically request what ever you want and B&R will assemble it for you.
I'm glad that I have a reliable local computer shop to help, even on short notice.
