Rite Aid

This is the best drug store I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacy staff are amazing, always so nice and the pharmacist has always gone above and beyond. The front register woman always greets me and is so pleasant.

The Rite in Kutztown is a great store to purchase just what you need especially if your in a hurry.
The pharmacist named Megan was especially kind and quick.
I will always shop at this convenient location in Kutztown.

Brenda is an asset to Rite Aid. She is a friendly, positive and very knowledgeable associate. It simply makes my children’s day when they see she is working. She never fails to ask how we are all doing and how the family is doing. Please know we only know her by shopping at Rite Aid, however she feels like family and we are very grateful to know her. Paige is also a very friendly and knowledgeable associate. The store is always clean and presentable. We love this Rite Aid in Kutztown it is our go to for anything we need!

We switched from CVS Kutztown to Rite Aid and best decision we ever made. We don't have to wait in horrible lines or for Rx to take long to be filled. I love the drive thru since we have kids and it's a hassle to get them in and out of the car. The pharmacists have always been able to answer my questions - they're a great resource instead of having to contact the Dr. for a small question about medications and reactions. Thank you Rite Aid team!
Oh and forgot to mention how clean and sleek it always looks inside, instead of carpeted/dingy/dirty/cluttered look of CVS Kutztown.

The store cashier Brenda was so helpful. She helped me from the moment I walked through the door, I asked where the item I needed was and she stopped what she was doing and walked me right to it and rang me up right away. She was so helpful and friendly. All stores should have people like Brenda at them. It would make shopping so much better!

I am always greeted when entering, and offered help when in need of anything! Customer service is excellent! Store is always stocked and clean. The pharmacy is great! Extremely helpful, and always timely!! Strongly this location recommend to anyone.

The regular pharmacy staff is very friendly and considerate. I switched from CVS several years ago and I'm glad I did. The store is clean and they have all the basics. You can get some good deals, watch for clearance items. Also it isn't advertised as a public bathroom Karen.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to share how helpful Dawn, the pharmacist is. I’ve seen her deal with difficult customers, long lines, etc, but she ALWAYS goes the extra mile to make sure things are correct. Not only is she helpful, but very kind. She is truly as asset to this store. Right now, nearly every place is short staffed and I truly think employees like Dawn need to hear how much they are appreciated!

Pharmacy staff is great & very helpful!

I work here as a Wellness Ambassador, and we have had a lot of confusion on our hours this week. The pharmacy and front end store have different hours. Google displays that it's open from 8-10, that is front end; pharmacy opens from 9-9!
Feel free to call us to make sure what the hours are. I've had many time where Google was not correct on other stores hours.

Love the store. They are super friendly, respectful, clean and they go above and beyond when I need help and when I’m just looking they alway make sure I’m ok

Pleasent experience on Jan 6th morning with Pharmasist, she accomodated my mistake and took the covid-19 test. very happy with service.
