I cannot say enough good things about Justin!! I have been dealing with issues related to setting up a new line for weeks, partially my fault and partially Verizon customer service's fault. Justin went above and beyond to solve the issues and I finally get to say that I left the store a very happy customer!!

Justin was awesome at answering all our questions and helping us with our phone upgrades. He made a complicated process worry free. We’ll go back there any time.

Why can’t all Verizon Stores be like this one? I drove out of my way to this one based on their reviews. And the reviews are right, They are the most friendly, honest and knowledgeable Verizon employees I have ever met. Fixed my issues the other store couldn’t fix for weeks in 2 minutes. I will never go to another store.

My fiancé and I just purchased new phones from Will, and I cannot say enough about how great he was! Professional, friendly, helpful, and reassuring. I'm never a fan of having to get a new phone and get anxious about losing any of my important files in the midst of transferring to a new phone, but Will made this a breeze! Seriously the best experience we've ever had purchasing new phones; It could not have been easier. Will even stayed late with us after the store closed to ensure all of our files transferred over correctly. Despite being stuck at the store for a bit while this took place, it was enjoyable because Will was more than a sales person. He was an easy going, friendly person who kept us company and answered all of our questions. Feel confident in my purchase thanks to him!

This staff here is wonderful. They always take care of me and never try to sell me things I don't want or need.
Seriously, there are many businesses that need to take lessons from this store.
It is nice to have an option to go somewhere instead of sitting on hold and listening to prompts.

I can not say enough good things about this store, Will and Justin, (I hope that is his name), were amazing and assisted me with fixing my phone, and I did not even buy it from them. Will was kind and assisted me with everything. I switched my order and ordered through them and from now on, all phone purchases will be here. This store is worth the trip.

Again this place was amazing, I tried to give it an amazing review on the Verizon store but it only asked me one thing. Justin spent over an hour helping me and assisting with my trade in. He is the poster person for customer service and Deserves a 15/10 on any review.

I had a great experience, as usual, with these guys! I don't know how they do it, but they always manage to exceed my expectations. They are truly skilled at what they do.

Justin is the best. He searches for the best prices and explains everything and answers every question! I tell everyone to go to his Kutztown store because we have a few other stores where the employees are not nice! He’s kind and takes however long it takes to explain everything!

I was at the Verizon store Tuesday and Justin helped me. He really did a great job. So professional and corrected my account. I appreciated all he did. All the customer representatives he had to talk to. Amazing to see that anymore.

This is by far the BEST Verizon store I have been to, everyone was super super nice to me and really were patient with me I had an issue with my sim card and the issue wasn't fixed at the store but that wasn't their fault they did the most and I left with answers and the feeling of relief! Everyone was so helpful and made this experience perfect! Having dealt with ATT all day and getting nowhere, it was nice how easy the transition was! They were super easy going even though I felt far from laid back, I would recommend this location to everyone!
