Chick-fil-A

It was really crowded, but we were there at lunch time. We had about a 10 minute wait in line. The guy at the counter was friendly and efficient. I ordered chicken strips and waffle fries and a berry cherry lemonade. The drink was very good. Tart just how I like it. The chicken strips were good too

Maggie was very efficient, professional, and kind in answering all of my questions for a catering event. I order catering for the office and the delivery team is always so personable and effective.

Not to be dramatic, but I am constantly impressed by how efficient the process is, how friendly the staff is, and how clean the store is...and of course the food is always fantastic. I've never had a negative experience at a Chic-fil-a.

The Cranberry location only concretes their strong reputation.

Our favorite fast food chain. Always busy but service is swift, servers are friendly and professional, dining area and bathrooms are clean, and food quality and taste is fantastic. Prices are not cheap but on par with other fast food restaurants and worth it for the quality.

Come here for the delicious chicken. Including breakfast chicken!! Chicken strips are amazing for lunch. Waffle fries are garbage, not just theirs but in general. Chicken biscuit sandwich and chicken mini 4 pack are delicious! If you want a bacon or sausage breakfast sandwich, many other places do them *much* better. Chicken!! VERY confusing drive thru. Very nice employees.

Food is always so good. And even though they forgot my BBQ sauce, the chicken was so good I didn't need it. Not too many places (if any) I can say that about.

The drive thru was very fast and the food came out hot and very quick. They always have the best employees and they gave all 3 of my pups a nicely wrapped cookie for each one of them. This company is so wonderful!!

This is one of the busiest locations I’ve been. I’m used to this restaurant being busy but jeeeeeez. Luckily, the staff had a traffic plan that worked. The outside line wrapped around until you order at one of three stations and then drive around on in the inside line where you pick up your food. The service was as quick as it could be despite the amount of vehicles. Staff was also nice and professional.

Chick-fil-A is the epitome of what a fast food restaurant should be. Beyond the fact that the quality of their food is superior in quality, the service is always a notch above every other fast food chain. And their efficiency is amazing. The government could learn some valuable lessons just by going through a Chick-fil-A drive-thru.

My mom was up to visit and lives Chick-fil-A. We had a day of shopping planned so we went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. This was my first time in one of their drive-thrus and it looked rather lengthy and I was thinking maybe I made a mistake not just walking it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the lines went!
I didn't know the 2 lanes merged into one after ordering. So that was a bit confusing. And the guy to the right of me was mad bc I was inching forward. Not sure how I was supposed to know that he was supposed to go ahead of me. For all I knew it was an inbound at the Squirrel Hill tunnel type situation.
Overall pleased with our visit.

Just a trip to the new drive through. Very cool that they've added so much driveway to this restaurant. Chick-fil-A has been quite good with super busy drive thru service, but now you don't have to circle the building twice.

Excellent customer service and very fast fulfillment of order. 1st timer at Chic Fil A and made my experience memorable as the staff( don’t have her name) made the order free for us. God bless you for the nice gesture

Shout out to Annika in drive thru. Ordered food and she said it was on chick-fil-a tonight. She was so amazing and nice to the 3 of us from out of town. Keep up the amazing customer service!!

Allways fast, allways great! I've never had any issues here, but it is pretty crowded at peak times. That said, even when crowded I can still get through the line, order, and get my food here faster than some other fast food places when empty.

Finding the drive-thru entrance was kind of a pain, you got to pay attention for the sign that says where the entrance to the drive-thru is. The sign is positioned in a way that's not easily seen by someone who's trying to find it. The line went pretty quick despite the fact that it was kind of long.

Visited this location again. Very clean and efficient. Staff are all courteous, serving and thoughtful. Kristi at the counter is especially kind and graceful, like a breeze in Spring!

Great food and tasty.. No matter which location you go to it's always great and the services is as well... The spicy chicken sandwich is the best!! Don't forget to sign up for the rewards club if you are not already a member!

I not have any negative comment about this place. Should I? Haha good foods! Nice people.
