Awesome customer service! I purchased a pair of shoes that once my son started wearing them, they started to squeak after an hour or so. Normally, nobody will take back a pair of worn shoes but the manager was great. We switched them for a new pair. Squeaking shoes are defective. I was very worried we would have to fight about this but it was easy. Thank you again! Nice to see they are again stocking work shoes.

Famous Footware is a great place to purchase shoes, I've been doing just that for years. Their prices are good as well as the sales. The clearance racks which famous has all the time are worth checking out.

I called earlier in the day to ask what kind of options this store had for what I was searching for. Over the phone they were very informative and polite. This trend continued when I arrived in the store. I would definitely recommend this location for purchasing shoes.

Had to return some shoes. I had purchased 5 pairs for my nursing home bound 91 yr old Mother. Needed to return 2 pairs that didnt fit. Service at the Cranberry store was quick and courteous. Within 5 minutes had my credit card credited and out the door!

Bought new sandals for the summer here...they had to order them for me as they did not have my size in stock and the sandals I was buying were on sale. They were shipped to my home for free!
