Kohls is my store for bargains and finding everything I need. Store cleanliness is always a plus. Staff is always friendly. Joanna was very helpful at checkout with some items I purchased

great customer service! I haven’t shopped at kohls in awhile and we decided to check out the comforters for our new bed. We found one we liked and headed to the checkout. Our location has self check outs so we decided to use that vs waiting for a cashier. The self check out wouldn’t scan our item due to the tag being slightly overlapped with a different sticker. The 2 ladies that helped us out were amazing and immediately came to help us out. I believe one may have been the manager. When she was ringing us out she was so personable and sweet and made our days so much better! She made sure we found what we came in for and also made sure we got the best deals possible. I appreciate the kindness & good customer service goes a long way with me so I will be back!

I’d like to recognize Christine, an employee in the Sephora portion of Kohl’s. I bought a mascara and she rang up my other items as well. I used my Kohl’s card, but wanted to pay for the purchase in cash. I also had a 30% disc coupon; however, it wasn’t valid until the next day. She allowed me to use my card, pay off the purchase and suggested that I bring back my sales receipt the next day in order to use the discount coupon. She was very friendly and I appreciated her suggestions and helping me with this convoluted, somewhat complex purchase.

Needed heavier socks, especially for outdoor work. Found exactly what I wanted, and at a terrific price! Sales associate took me right to the item. Checkout efficient; was in-and-out very quickly--helpful on an already full day!

Store associate Nicole in Sephora was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have never in all my years shopping at Kohl's have had someone so knowledgeable with the products and doing all she could to make this shopping experience feel very personal, not just another customer in the store and trying to make a sale. I truly can't say enough good things about Nicole and our shopping experience. Truly A++++++++

Went to use my $5 coupon and found a nice pair of cargo shorts. They were on sale and with my coupon ended up being only a little over $8 bucks! You can't beat that. Was a lot of nice stuff there but I was in a hurry. Checkout was quick for as busy as they were. Didn't stand in line too long. Good experience.

The reason for 5 stars is because I had an amazing young woman(Maddie) as my cashier and Kohl's is very blessed to have her as an employee!

I locked my keys, purse, and phone in my loaner car. And two young lady employees let me use their phones, take up their time waiting with me, showing me compassion. Michelle and Laura should be commended on their "Kindness in Action" God Bless them both.

Had a great experience today at Kohl's Sephora store today! I had never set foot in Sephora, but after today's visit, I'll be visiting more often.

Kristin in the sephora is AMAZING. She spent almost an hour shade matching me to a foundation and helping me with concealer. She seems genuinely like an amazing person, and I hope the next time I'm in, she is there!

I shopped the 70% off racks with a Coupon. Somebody has really put the associates to work! Almost all the clothes were actually arranged on the racks by true size.

I shop here because of their big and tall section because I'm a pretty heavy guy and they had a 50% off clearance with another 50% off of the already 50% off so I found a whole bunch of nice name brand clothing for a really decent price. I love this place!
