Bergey's Kia Service

I would recommend Bergey’s Kia to everyone. I bought my car a few months ago which was a very pleasant experience to buy. Last Saturday it was time to take my new car in for my first oil change and tire rotation. The whole experience was pleasant. I was greeted by the manager, Curtis who was very nice and greeted me with a smile as well as offered me a cup of coffee. He let me know exactly where to take my car and helped get me checked in. The actual oil change and tire rotation was done in a very timely manner. The technician that worked on my car was Jacob. He came out to greet me and explained exactly what he was doing with my car. He seemed to be a very trustworthy mechanic and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Bergey’s Kia for all services! I will for sure be going back!

Excellent customer service, I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle. service was completed under an hour. Consultant focused on my needs. Clean, comfortable lounge was provided.
