They are all nice, at this Giant Great customer service! Even the online ordering isn't that mutilated (esp. compared to Huntington Valley).

EDIT 1/13/2024- I stopped at the giant today. It's a nice day but very windy. I was having a cigarette and waiting for the person I was driving, and this little lady had her receipt blown away. This nice gentleman who worked there, connor, said I'll get it and ran across the parking lot to get this woman's receipt. They don't make people like that too much anymore. But everyone there is nice, the Connor went above and beyond on a Saturday morning when everything was busy and blowing around the parking lot. Keep going to die.

I like shopping at the Giant because the store is organized and you get fresh stuff

I live in souderton but that giant has made me upsettttt so I go to this one in Hatfield now, even if it’s further. Giant direct here is the best I’ve had and I’ve gone to several.

I would like to make a personal thank you to the woman in the bakery today. I bought a terimaso cake today and wanted a Happy Birthday put on top. She said it would be tough, but when I said I would try myself, she took the cake away from me and said she would do a better job, with a smile on her face. She did an excellent job, and it wasn't easy! Thank you even if you didn't dot the i's. Please thank her for me!

I love you Giants best shopping there for a long time. Once it's twice a week for my kids and family some workers can be very rude but other than that my experience is great

This is a decent Giant location. The store is always stocked nicely and clean. Good variety of products so you can always find what you need. I always find that their bakery selection is packed with a fresh variety of baked goods. The people who work in the bakery are usually very friendly too and willing to help you out. They make custom ordered cakes, but their pre-made items taste great and are never stale or old. Their deli selection is good, and it's always nicely stocked as well. This Giant location also has plenty of fresh produce to choose from, and an alcohol section. The employees are always friendly here. I've never had a problem with any of them. They're very helpful at the self checkout to make it move along smoothly. I also love that this Giant sells Buble sparkling water for a good deal. This location also has a gas station, which you can sometimes get a small discount on with your Giant card (which is free to sign up for, just a phone number). The parking lot is large and the spaces are well distanced.

Very underrated grocery store with great produce, reasonable prices, and wide selection

Well stocked and super clean! Friendly staff! The only thing that needs work is the self check out. The computers seem to be of ancient design and rely are bad for checking out! Highly recommend checking out with a live cashier it is faster.

Nice grocery store in my area Great selection of fruits, veggies and diary. Not too crowded if you visit on a weekday. Associates are very helpful plus you get rewards if you use a Giant card.

Good place, nice and clean. Peaceful ,good people & helpful. Good food , if someone loves salad must be come make your own self . Must be visit lots of food, fruits, good stuff.

I love Giant! Their produce is very nice, although once in awhile they run out of what I need. Good quality meats. Good variety of products in general. Store is clean and well lighted. Good value for yhe money. And I love the cents off at the gas pump.

Always clean and they are open late! Very friendly staff, some days they could have a bit more experience, but nice none the less.

I love this giant. The store renovations have really boosted the store. Its way more modernized than what it was years ago. Their bakery selection is to die for. They have wonderful muffins too. Customer service is always great, I couldn't find anythind bad to say. Price are affordable too.

Large, clean stores, plenty of parking, wide shopping aisles, wide variety of products and good prices. I like the meat Dept., always something affordable. Enjoy the self checkout, bonus card program and gas. The only negative is their lunch meat department which may have the slowest service in history. This is every store, all the time, it's the way they utilize their staff. ShopRite has better prices and service for deli but otherwise I prefer Giant.

I am a maintenance technician for a housing complex. I also have to deal with many different people throughout my day.
I just wanted to say that the employees and manager of store# 1540 on cowpath road are doing a phenomenal job. The shelves are always stocked as much as they can be. The store is always clean, and the employees are always very helpful. And with what is going on now. If the customers follow outlined paths and the direction from employees, everything goes very smoothly.
