We visited Landis' a number of times before making our purchases. Karen was our sales representative at least twice and couldn't have been more patient with us. We purchased a slide-in stove, microwave and refrigerator. We sealed the deal while they were giving a free second year on the warranties, plus, there was a discount because we purchased three appliances at one time. Install was done in October. Their crew installed seamlessly in one day and there needed to be some carpentry as well as electrical work done.
We had to call about some issues with each of the appliances and we always received a quick call back if the appropriate person was not always available. Issues were resolved with a visit from one of their service folks or a solution was reached over the phone.
We couldn't have been happier with the informative service and helpful staff in all of the departments we've dealt with.

I purchased a GE Microwave oven replacement installed above my stove. I also purchased a GE dishwasher replacement with stainless steel. From my first call I got Chris Johnson. She was in the sales dept. and was awesome. She was very friendly, professional and I really enjoyed the process ordering over the phone and talking with her. She knew their products and was so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her. She gave me great suggestions and never tried to upsell me. She help me with the measurements process and was very patient with me because I’m elderly and it difficult to get pics of the inside of my kitchen sink so she could see how the pipes and hoses from my old dishwasher were located. She sent all the info and contract agreement via email. The installation was done yesterday by two great guys, Jim and Tyler. They were professional too and made every effort to protect my kitchen floor and cabinets. They vacuumed the floor and afterwards and cleaned up everything. I removed my cooking products from the left side of the cabinet above the stove thinking they needed only access to the plug outlet..wrong…I should have removed everything. But, Tyler was so gracious and he took them out and passed it on to me to put on my counter. Jim installed the dishwasher and had to get under my sink…which was not a comfortable thing to do. But, he was a champ and hooked everything up and even secured the hose up to the top of the inside cabinet so, I actually have more bottom space for my cleaning supplies. Wow! That was a bonus. I really like them and how nice they both worked together. They installed both perfectly. Fantastic job. I am so thrilled I got my appliances here and had the wonderful guys that installed everything. Best decision ever!

We needed a refrigerator, and Chris J at NF Landis provided helpful info for comparison, gave clear explanations, and took time to answer questions and show us current display models. She printed out spec sheets showing details and measurements. We also purchased a dishwasher and qualified for a rebate. All aspects of the sale were clearly explained. On day of delivery and install, Jimmy and Jimmy worked efficiently, cheerfully, and professionally to deliver / install the appliances. They answered all questions thoroughly, and were proactive in making sure we had what was needed since we planned to install the dishwasher ourselves. I highly recommend NF Landis.

We love NF Landis!! Not only did they take the time to find us a new fridge within our budget, but they repaired something *we* broke accidentally under warranty. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but it shows what kind of company they are! Shop with confidence!

NF Landis is definitely my go to place for all my appliance needs. I prefer to support small businesses as I am an owner of one myself. They are always so extremely helpful, personable and their products are top quality. The people that deliver are also exceptional every time I have had a delivery. The put cardboard down all throughout my house to protect my floors and cleaned up perfectly like they were never there. You can't go wrong when you go here, and they have just as good of a selection as anywhere but with incredible service!

He did the job without any problems, very efficient. He even cleaned up the floor before leaving. A very polite, courteous young man.

NF Landis was wonderful! I ordered a washer and dryer on a Friday an hour before closing. Despite this, Chris was patient, answered all my questions, and very helpful. Our appliances came in less than a week. The men who installed our appliances were excellent. They put down towels and cardboard to protect our floor, made sure the exterior of our appliances were clean, and completed a test to make sure they were in working order. I would be happy to purchase from NF Landis again.

Thank you again for your help with another appliance problem. I needed a new dishwasher for our home in Hilltown and I was sure I would hear nothing but supply chain problems with getting a new unit. Scott Landis, the owner, not only had the exact Bosch unit we were looking for, but he had it shipped to his store in ONE day. Then being a typical homeowner, I waited until the weekend to install it and your service department was available to answer my stupid question and get the install done. The unit looks great!!! There is nothing like the sales and service of your local family business.

What can I say, but thank you!! NF Landis came through and helped me solve my broken microwave problem. We had a 12 year old GE Profile built-in microwave hood combination and I was worried that I would not be able to get an exact replacement and would need to redo my entire kitchen.

They not only found a replacement unit for me, but were able to get the new unit into their store for pickup within one day. With all of the horror stories about appliance availability these days, NF Landis came through and will be getting all of my future business.

We've worked with N.F. Landis for years and we're always impressed with their knowledge and service. I highly recommend them for any appliance purchase.

After being disappointed with the big box store experience, I'm going to use N F Landis for all my appliance product needs. Just had a new dishwasher installed and the two young men who came out were very courteous and professional, who took pride in their job.

Another great experience from Landis. Scott was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get the washer that we wanted and set up a perfect delivery with no issues. Delivery and installers were professional, friendly, and took their time to be CAREFUL, and detailed on hookup. No issues with the unit so far after a month. The champagne color really turns the washer into elegant looking piece of equipment. See this is why we try to buy all of our major appliances here.

Instead of using the big box stores with multiple companies that deliver we now use NF Landis & Son for our appliance purchases. Local small business that ensures quality appliances and service!

We are received exceptional service buying our washing mashine from N F Landis & Son Inc. The installers were courteous and made sure the floors were covered. After the installation they left the laundry neat and clean. This is our second appliance from Landis. We were very pleased with the service.

We have purchased appliances form NF Landis in the past and it was always a great experience. Recently, our refrigerator died on Thursday evening. We had guests coming from out of town the next day. We needed a fridge! Karen was wonderful! We had a new fridge Friday afternoon! The installer was great! It was supposed to be installed in the garage, but he agreed to bring it down to the basement without any complaints. This experience could not have been better. The following Tuesday, we went to Landis for all new appliances for our kitchen. Another terrific experience. Karen was helpful and patient as we decided on what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Delivery went smoothly. The installers were very careful. They put down cardboard to protect our floors and tested and cleaned all appliances before they left. We are very happy and will purchase our next appliance from NF Landis! I will not go anywhere else.

Excellent experience! Previously I had purchased appliances from the big box home improvement stores and had a few bad experiences with quality and installation, my contractor for a laundry remodel suggested Landis and another coworker seconded that recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. Will be going back to them for new dishwasher and fridge next year.

My husband and I recently purchased a new refrigerator to replace our existing one. We were so impressed that they delivered a new refrigerator the same day that we bought it! Out office refrigerator died out of nowhere. We had not purchased it from N F Landis and decided to go with a local appliance company for a replacement instead of the big box stores. Within an hour of contacting N F Landis they had a new refrigerator installed and took our old one away. We could not be happier with the quality of service and professionalism. We will be using N F Landis for all of our appliance needs from here on out.
