Our experience with Joe was nothing short of excellent. We needed to update a small portion of our roof that was aging badly. Given the pitch and a very negative experience with another (un-named) roofer we knew we wanted a metal roof (and a different roofer). We contacted a half dozen contractors. Apex Roofing stood out from the start. Joe was friendly, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. His quoted price was very competitive. When we informed the other bidders that we would be opting for another provider, two asked who we were selecting. Both of his competitors had positive comments - one said we made a good choice. The second said that they even occasionally use Apex services.

Still given our recent negative experience with another roofer we were cautious. All those concerns were put to rest on the day of the install. Everyone on the Apex team (Joe, Joe’s dad, Luis) was as kind as they were talented. The job site was left immaculate. The install was completed in less than a day. And the roof is beautiful!!!!

Dan and Joe are great guys gave me a really reasonable price on my roof and scheduled it quickly same week. Their guys were meticulous in their cleanup, and even had all the trash hauled away and gone within an hour of the roof being completed. The crew worked feverous nonstop until the roof was completed not even taking a break until the end. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need to get a roof done.

I have been in the real estate development and construction industry for close to 40 years. We are building an outdoor pavilion over a patio and Apex did the roofing. We have composite slate roof shingles on our home and wanted to match them on the pavilion. They did a great job of finding the right shingle material and even added copper snow cleats to match those on our home. They have a drone with an attached camera that they can fly over the structure and show you exactly what’s been done. It was all very cool. They were extremely nice and very competent individuals and I would highly recommend them for your roofing job. We would certainly use them again if the need were to arise.
In addition to the job they did for our pavilion, we had a leak in a section of our roof on the main house. We have had difficulty finding it, but they used their drone with thermal imaging to pinpoint the leak and were able to quickly fix it for us. This was after many other roofing companies could not solve that problem for us. We are very impressed with their expertise.

Apex did a wonderful job on my roof replacement and Joe had some really good suggestions on different options available to me. I especially enjoy coming home and seeing the metal accent eve over my garage doors. His guys got the job done really fast without compromising quality and they did an above average clean up job. We had portions of our slate roof removed by Apex and replaced by standing seam metal roofing. Joe's and Dan's team at Apex did a wonderful job and the finished product looks absolutely beautiful. Apex was great to deal with. Joe was very accommodating to say the least. I changed my mind on a bunch of things and it was no problem for him at all! Plus I had changed the day when I going to get it done and again no issue at all! They came in and did a great job and a great clean up! The job looked great when they finished. Couldn't have been happier with the results of a recent project Apex completed on my house. We discovered a skylight leaking in our living room early this spring. It needed to be replaced and we decided to convert some of the roofing on our home to sheet metal while replacing the skylight. Joe was available to come out in the days after the leak was discovered. He quickly turned around an estimate. It was a fair estimate relative to the others we received. We additionally went with Apex because they are local and manufacture the sheet metal on-site. The job was delayed a bit because of constant rain this spring, but Joe fit us in when he could. He, Dan, and team got everything squared away promptly over a few dry days. The finished roofing and skylights met our expectations. Very happy (and relieved) we found these guys.
