I just wanted to say again how wonderful Dr Cullen , Dr Russell and her entire staff are! I have been taking my pets to her for almost 30 years. They are always compassionate, knowledgeable and care more about your pet than seeing dollar signs. I have recommended them to several others and they have felt the same. I just saw Dr Cullen this morning and the kindness of her and her entire staff reassured me my dog was fine. They actually brought me to tears because of their kindness!!!

I cannot say enough great things about all the folks who work here. Between my mom and I, we have been bringing our furry friends here for well over 10 years. The people that work here genuinely care so much about the animals they see. They have been able to fit me in the day of me calling more times than I can count. They understand that some people love their animals so much but only have a certain amount of funds to work with...they'll NEVER turn you away...they will ALWAYS work with you. I cannot thank this staff enough for everything they have done for my mom and I's animals throughout the years and hopefully many more to come!

This practice is the best around hands down. I had two emergencies in 3 days and they were there for me and my pets. They always call you back checking on your pets. I feel so at home there. Thank you again for freeing my dogs of pain.🐕❤🐈‍⬛

Excellent vets who really helped and treated our zen cat who was suffering on two different occasions from a yucky inflamed infection and dehydration from renal failure disease (two different diagnosis' at different times). Great customer service with compassionate, caring attention, both vets and their staff detailedly explain info and actively listen to concerns and issues. It is a small-town feeling of caring and individualized service. Definitely recommend!

First time visit today, and I'm now a fan. Truly kind, professional and a great listener. My dog Kit was completely at ease with Dr. Dina. So happy to have found this vet. Thank you to my friend Melissa Perry for sharing her with me.

My husband and I have been taking care of a lost kitty for a few weeks. He is in pretty rough shape, but Dr. Russell and her staff (shoutout to Pat!) got us an appointment for him to be seen very quickly. They gave us eye drops to help him, and lent us a kitty carrier since we did not have one. They took the time to try and hunt down his owners via his microchip, and showed they really care. Thank you for all that you do!

I have 5 indoor cats. One of the older ones has been spraying & now I know why.

My family has been going to Dr. Russell since 1997. She truly loves animals and her and her staff have taken the best care of all of our rescue dogs. The office is old school and down to earth. Costs are reasonable. When they examined my 'pitty' and told me she wasn't going to survive the cancer they didn't even charge me for the appt. :( I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know my dogs are in the best hands.

Dr Russell is an awesome vet. She is caring and thoughtful in dealing with your pets. A huge plus is they work with feral cats when many vets do not. She has been a lifesaver for many a found critter. As a note they only take cash or check but her billing had always been very reasonable.

She was absolutely amazing! She fit me in even though I wasn't a former patient. She truly cares about the animals. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Everyone was very nice and courteous. Thank you doctor!

We've been going to this practice for almost 30 years, and every dog we've had in that time has loved going there. Everyone there genuinely cares about their patients (and spoils them) and is conscientious about keeping the costs as reasonable as possible.

Dr. Russell is probably the most caring veterinarian that I've ever dealt with. She's not a medication pusher; if there's a natural (and inexpensive) way to correct a problem, she'll tell you about it, rather than just sell you a bagfull of meds.

I was very happy to be able to get such a quick appointment for my cat. Dr Cullen and the staff were very caring treating him.
