CVS

Thank you so much to the cvs employees who let my family and I sit inside the store to keep warm. Our car broke down outside of the store and the manager came outside to make sure we were okay and let us come in and even offered us water. The nice cashier gave my 3 year old some crayons, stickers and a coloring book to keep him entertained until our tow truck came. To the employees that were working today (01/08/2024) we really appreciate you all. Thank you so much!

Came in today to print photos from store kiosk. Had to go in twice because I forgot to finish printing the first time I was in. Two separate associates helped me out . Both Dylan and Jared were very eager to help out with the photos. Thanks for making the shopping experience pleasant.

CV s is supposed to go. They seem to be well stopped in the past few months

I've been gone to cvs almost 20 years and I can say I haven't had any bad experiences other than waiting in line rarely! Their help is always dependable and reliable

It is a very nice CVS, clean, and the store associates along with the pharmacy staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I get prescriptions there every month and they are on top with having it ready when it should be thank you CVS. Unfortunately I have to transfer somewhere closer so... I will be leaving you

Got at home covid test kit

I paid $23.99 for a CVS brand 2x covid test at my local CVS - THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! The FlowFlex test at CVS is $22.99 - ALSO OUTRAGEOUS!! I went across the street to the the pharmacy in the Giant Food Store and paid $9.99 for the SAME FLOWFLEX TEST! How does CVS justify this? If your stores are failing or underperforming, which they are, that RIGHT THERE is the reason. EVERY ITEM in your stores is more expensive than buying it ANY WHERE else. COVID tests - and you are GOUGING the public - GREAT JOB CVS!!!

The pharmacy staff is very professional, nice, and working very hard but they are always under-staffed. That's why the wait is long and the staff almost never answers the phone. Customer calls ring forever and you do hear the phone ring when you are there waiting but no one on the staff has time to pick up the phone because they are running around like crazy filling orders. CVS needs to hire more people to help in their pharmacies. I have noticed the same staff shortage issue at other CVS stores as well.

This is insane please check all medications you buy from this store as they don't care about customers life. I bought the little remedies bottle for my 2 weeks baby for gas every time I give it to him it get worse I called his Dr he asked me to check the Experation date we found out this product it was 6 months expired please be careful when you get stuff from there or don't go to this place I love CVS but this location should be closed.

Worker there doesn't even understand manufacturer coupons. I worked at CVS before and I know sometimes they don't always work but you just need to verify and override coupon. My carepass wasn't even applied or asked about. I'm canceling carepass.

Retail and specialty do not communicate with each other. You talk to a different person everytime, and not a seamless system that they use. Therefore, you have to repeat your issue constantly. They don't contact or update you about insurance or RX fill issues, so you have to contact them constantly to find out what the hold up is.

The stores says open until midnight IN LIGHTS, right in the window. I arrived at 10:55pm and the doors were locked. Unacceptable. The employees car was parked outside but they would not open the doors. It was extremely inconvenient.
