Huge thanks to Lexi and everyone at the customer service desk! These wonderful people were patient with me and helped me through the leasing process ( through an affiliate company) so I could get a hot water heater, which I desperately needed! Had a really hot bath this evening! The water had the " new " hot water heater smell to it! 🤣 smelled like victory! Thanks again, customer service heroes!

Absolutely love the curbside pickup. I had some large items that I needed to pick up. It would have been very difficult for me to do so alone. So the order through the app and pick it up at a curbside spot in the parking lot was absolutely awesome. Thank you Lowe's!

Always easy to find what I am looking for by using the app to search the product, then going to aisle/bay. Everything is always in the right place. I spend about half the time here as what it would take me at other home improvement stores.

Looking for see home improvement ideas or needs some tool for those ideas stop in and see the selection. Not only can you find items for home improvement you can find flowers and other gardening supplies. Grills, outdoor lawn furniture, and fire pits to enjoy those summer and even fall nights. From trash cans to lumber, bug spray to paint, and almost anything in-between for your home needs. Customer service is terrific and staff is knowledgeable. Shelves were stocked. So many great sales. It's like any other Lowes I visit, constantly reliable and well stocked. I can always find what I need and if not there's always someone àround to help out. Also, the self checkout isles were a great addition because even during this busy season I've noticed that there are no long lines

My go to for most home and business projects! Usually have most everything I need and the staff are also typically helpful! Most recently I needed to get paint and more bulbs for my business;)

First I'd just like to thank Jordan in appliances. Jordan was very helpful with the purchase of a dryer and loading it up on the truck. I had to call the store a few days later to talk with him on a certain matter, unfortunately he wasn't available. However, I spoke with Kathleen and she was very helpful and customer friendly towards me. She took care of the problem promptly. So again, thank you Jordan and Kathleen for being customer oriented and very professional, it was appreciated.
Just an short update, had another good experience with the associate in the lighting section, thank you for your help

Lowes is always nice to deal with.

When I went to Lowe's as usual there was a skeleton crew working. As I searched threw the store for what I wanted I finally found a Lowe's work. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very good at his job. I went to the front register's (the cashier was very nice and good at her job) I paid for my purchase and had help putting it into my van. She was also very good at her job.
Lowe's needs to employ more people.
Other than that no other problems.

Had a great shopping experience. Kathleen in the appliance dept is a very easy person to deal with.

Salesperson Vonny is great! She was so helpful and fast at getting us what we needed and out the door which I appreciate!!!! If you need appliances see her, you'll be glad you did!!!!

I love this store! It has everything you could possibly need to do all sorts of home improvements or crazy projects! I could seriously look around and get ideas for things I want to build for days on end without realizing it. This literally is my wonderland of imagination creation!

Project took a while to get started due to heavy scheduling but once started the workers stayed on task and completed project quickly. Quality of work performed was excellent and cleanup was prompt. Workers were communicative and responded to suggestions and requests. Overall we were very satisfied with the results.

Very nice place to go for all your home improvements and the people there are very friendly and very helpful
