There is a line, but moves quickly. Line is is a sign of a good place. We'll worth the wait. Portions are really big.

Great ice cream. Changes the special flavors each week and the good original flavors stay. Huge portions. So sharable sizes for the sundaes and banana splits.

I've been going to this ice cream stop since I was a kid. It really hasn't changed at all. It's cash only and they give you absurd amounts of ice cream for what you pay for. I usually check weekly for the "ice cream of the week" they really have some unique ones throughout the season.

I am from over an hr south of this place. Saw it while out and stopped in. Asked for two twists. Large. My eyeballs almost popped out of my head when i saw how HUGE they were. The two were only $5.09. This is like a large on steroids from where i come from. Took longer to eat than waiting in line to get them. Very friendly staff. CASH ONLY. Large parking area. A few picnic tables. Deff worth stopping in if your in the area. Was well worth the time to stop in. Just keep size in mind when ordering lol.

Just came from shaffers frosty freeze ,they have the best ice cream at a great price,you get more than your moneys worth,,i got a medium blueberry ice cream cone & my husband got a strawberry shortcake,,they make sure to much alot if strawberries on the shortcake,also the shortcake is fresh,and the blueberry ice cream is one of my favorite flavors..nice and thick ice cream ,no air bubbles in it either,its a must go place,highly recommend it🍨🍨

Ice cream is wonderful... The large cone is a huge amount of ice cream... Great prices... Drove by countless times and finally stopped in... We'll be back for sure 👍👍👍

Best ice cream in town I go there all summer long with the family

Love this place. Been coming here on summer evenings since my grandfather started taking me as a kid over 30 years ago. Now I'm here with kids of my own, and the ice cream is still good. My daughter in particular is a fan of the creamy birthday cake flavor. I've found a new favorite with the chocolate and strawberry swirl. This place is worth the wait in line.

Creamy and thick ice cream! Delicious! A lot of ice cream priced low because they love their customers. It is packed all the time. Staff are very good.

They had cotton candy and peanut butter this week . Always a great place for an ice cream treat.

Took my mom to get some ice cream and the black raspberry was very good. A medium cone had quite a bit of ice cream. Also brought home my three dogs their ice cream which, I might add, they loved.

I have been going here for over forty years. Wonderful family business. Everything on the menu is very tasty and the price can't be beat. Very friendly service. We went there often growing up and continue to make more great memories going there as adults. The quality hasn't changed in all the years. It's still a favorite hometown Hotspot!

Visited summer 2021 and very happy with ice cream selections. Ice cream quality is superb, huge serving, staff are very efficient and polite. Here it is almost March 2022, and can't wait to get an ice cream! 😋
