Giant Eagle Supermarket

If i can give a 10/10 i would they did such a beautiful job with my daughters birthday cake and the bakery department staff were very sweet and caring thank you giant eagle bakery staff for the cake also the cake was super duper delicious and we enjoyed it thank you again!

The employee, Lindell, is one of the best people I've ever met. He always goes above and beyond for customers here. Whether it be helping load groceries into cars, or cleaning off customer's windshields when the weather is bad so it's easier for them to see, or just being one step ahead to take your cart back for you. One time I had a visiting friend and her young son was crying because he stepped in something gross outside. He heard the commotion, came by, took the shoe and pressure washed it off for us somewhere and then brought it back to us in the store. He refused a tip of any kind and said he was happy to do it. I hope his manager sees this and knows what an amazing employee he is.

Everything time I visit Giant Eagle for my essentials , I get great customer service, store is always clean , and I always find someone if I need help .

Very clean and well kept store. The aisle are easy to move through. The shelves are stocked, if there is a storage signs are in place to alter the customer. Multiple checkout line as well as self checkout. Pharmacy on site as well as a bank. Staff is courteous and helpful. Great sales

Great place to work!

The store was very clean, shelves were stocked well and it was nice to be greeted by associates every time we happened to pass one, unlike some stores where they tend to be very elusive or go the other way if you make eye contact. Our cashier was very friendly. Made the whole grocery shopping ordeal quite tolerable.

Giant Eagle on Goucher Street is one of the better Giant Eagles around here! Plus they have just brought in a bunch of new plants set up outside, just before you walk in the store! (Best Deli employees as well!) :)

Actually I went here to pick up prescriptions. The line was about 10 to 12 people deep but the wait was not long so kudos to those behind the counter! Went to Gianr Eagle in Westmont for a few items. They had everything I needed without having to go to the store on Scalp Ave.

Employees r nice always busy there

The manager, Chuck, and bakery, are amazing! They made us a beautiful Mickey mouse cake at the last minute and it was beautiful and delicious! They were so nice and completely went out of their way for us!!! Thank you chuck and bakery staff!!!! We really appreciated it!!!! You made our daughter's day!!!!

Always clean & friendly. Never run out of advertised items. Their Dole bananas are the best in town. Easy parking. I would not however recommend their Pharmacy. Rude ppl and I had to return 3 times for one prescription...naturally that was my last one.

The store is always clean and staffed with friendly faces. My daughter loves going grocery shopping with me here, the isles are always nicely stocked as well!! So no bouncing from store to store on the hunt for favorite items

I have both filled prescriptions here and worked here in the past. All of the employees I have dealt with as a customer and a fellow coworker are extremely pleasant and do their best to be efficient and safe. Negativity begets negativity, so I'm sure as long as you go into any situation with a smile, you're sure to receive one in return! The staff in the regular grocery portion of this store is also very helpful!

Very courteous staff! Clean comfortable aisles. Love their chocolate milk. Lost my card at gas pumps they told me how to get a replacement. 😊

This is my go to giant eagle store. They have great products in stock with a good selection. Very clean store except the mens room needs kept up more often. Really nice staff in this store as well. The get-go gas station here is top notch as well.

Vikki at the seafood counter was great in assisting us with questions as well as packaging well priced great seafood. The store is very clean and professional, friendly employees. We love our regular local giant eagle! Thank you guys!
