Took my dad to Lowes and they didn't have what he needed and had to lookall over for an employee, so we went to home depot and they had everything he needed and the employees knew exactly where everything was. Kudos to Home Depot

This was well worth the trip from Cumberland MD. We ordered a cabinet online and came to pick it up. Very fast service. Friendly people. Awesome. The cabinet was cheaper her than in Cumberland.

Clean, friendly staff and great hours. Not a lot to say really. This is what we all have come to expect of these big chain stores. They have a huge variety of products at competitive prices. Staff is friendly and helpful at 6 am and that carries through the entire day and there is no shortage of staff.

A good place to get what you need... Plenty of supplies available... Very clean... And the service was great... The workers were readily available to help.... Which was one of the things I really appreciated... A very nice store all the way around... I will be shopping there hopefully for my future needs...

I just had Linda at the service desk help me with a damaged hot water tank I received from an online order. She is an absolute rock star at the customer service desk. It is simply because of people like Linda that will bring me back to Home Depot in Johnstown. Give that lady a raise!!

I was just waited on at the customer service counter by Sammie. She was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that she was able to help my mother and I while answering 2 different phone calls. She definitely deserves a raise!

I always go with the orange! Staff are friendly and personable and eager to help. Plus they know their stuff. That blue store is for basic consumers...but HD is for those of us who get the job done!

Needed craftsman replacement charger and battery. Apparently Lowes has the exclusive agreement with Craftsman. I spent 20 minutes trying Lowes online and store customer service to get the information and order. Never talked to a live person. I called Home Depot got a live person in one minute and despite the fact they can't carry Craftsman he was able to direct me to a supplier. Now that is where I'm going shopping next time.

I have to say, I had a big project that I needed to get done at my house. I wasn't sure how to get started or what to do, but the helpful people at Home Depot really helped me and walked me through the process. Halfway through the project I was getting discouraged, but one particular employee kept encouraging me every time I came back to buy more supplies. I definitely wouldn't have gotten the project done without his expert help. I also ended up saving 90% over what a contractor quoted me for the job. Home Depot is my new go to home improvement store. No job is too big, they will be able to help you out

I went for a Christmas tree and the guy that came outside to load it for me was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond what I expected.. I usually get the runaround about how they aren't allowed to do this or that but he cut and trimmed our tree and then loaded it for me! I will definitely return to Home Depot next year for our Christmas tree.
