I came here once like fifteen years ago after seeing "The Best Cheesesteaks and Pizza" all over the place and hearing the same from a bunch of friends and was disappointed in both.

With hesitance I came back to try their cheesesteak after having it recommended to me by quite a few friends.

They did not disappoint. This thing was incredible. The meat was very well seasoned, plenty of cheese and well dispersed, and the roll was fantastic.

Will definitely be coming back regularly for a cheesesteak, and likely will be re-trying their pizza soon.

Great food from great people. I experienced their 30" pizza today. It was very good and I've got plenty for leftovers. Highly recommend trying their cheese steaks and pizzas.

We've had take out from here.
Rolls were GREAT, seeded Italian.
Not your cheap meat hogie.
We pick up a tiramisu.
So I stopped tonight just for Dessert.
On of the finest we have had.

Just stopped in Goombas after 5 hours of running errands.
Unfortunately Goombas is 40 mins away from us....but today, fortunately, our errands took us to montgomeryville. While waiting g for our pizza we walked our dog in the grass...one of the employees came out and offered us a turkey snack for our sweet dog.
There food is always fresh, consistent and delicious. Great food and kind employees. Thank you Goombas. Davegeterian was banging !

We have found a new cheese steak contender on the very top of the list. One of the best in Montgomery county starts with a great sesame roll Steak is juicy, chopped mixed in with the whiz wit. It’s a good healthy portion too

When I was new to Pennsylvania. I asked the people I worked with for the best cheese steak in the area. Most people said Goomba's ( over half ), and mentioned their wings. So, I went and got both and my partner got a cheeseburger. We shared everything as there was more than enough, could have fed maybe 2 more people. I will say, the best cheese steak in the area. Wings are a close second ( got the spiciest ones ), cheeseburger was unique, served on a hoagie roll.

I do plan on going back.

It's not about atmosphere, it's all about great sandwiches.
Best cheese steak with, 14" in best roll, fresh yetva little crisp on outside, with authentic hot peppers on side. I don't give 5*****, for a thing but this place deserves it. Take out , small facility but impressed. I live in Allentown took me almost 20 years to know about this great hoagie shop. Of course the owner is authentic as well, South Philly born and raised. Great price with bidenflation as well

The food has always been great here. However, on my last order, I picked up the food and drove home. When I got home and pulled out the food, I noticed that there were no mozzarella sticks in the bag despite the fact that they were ordered. I called Goombas, and they admitted that they forgot to put the mozzarella sticks in with my order. Instead of telling me "good luck" or "we'll give you a discount next time," they took down my address and personally delivered them... I am well out of their territory.

To make a mistake is to be human. To take responsibility and rectify that mistake is to be a professional. Thank you, Goombas!

Goombas might be the all-around best decision for grabbing sandwiches to cater to everyone that would be eating. Sure, I might have specific preferences elsewhere, but Goombas is rock solid. When I want a real cheesesteak in the local area, Goombas is the lone establishment to satisfy that craving. Their sandwiches are quite large, yet leave you never wanting the greatness to end. Nice people, good service, quick Friday pickup. Pros on a Pro level in a Pro world.

Please try this place. Hands down the BEST cheesesteak in the area. I am from Philadelphia and know good cheesesteaks....this compares to the best in Philly. By the way they have 100% real "cheese wiz"

heard about this place & had to give it a try. their cheesesteaks are great, the roll is what makes it in my opinion. Always a friendly staff & the cheesecake is really good too :)

Amazing cheesesteaks probably the best anywhere around. Don’t let the hole in the wall appearance fool you, plus they have a very large menu

I ordered the Cheesesteak Italiano. The menu says it comes with broccoli rabe & sharp provolone. It comes with broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and a lot of garlic. I repeat (and I did) a lot of garlic. How much Garlic? 2 tums worth. It starts off with a very nice, very edible seeded roll. It has a good amount of good meat but I think it was a touch dry. The broccoli rabe was amazing. I would like the broccoli rabe mixed with the meat. It would have blended their flavors and helped with my dry meat concern. Good cheese. What’s better than good cheese? More good cheese. Very good cheesesteak.

Great service. Outdoor seeting. Food done well and quickly. Great cheesesteak. Meat was tender and there was a good amount, roll was light and held together well, onions were sauteed well. I'd highly recommend it if you are ever in the area. 😁

My first time here, and it’s definitely a “Wow” from me! The cheesesteak is slammin’. Heavy in the meat, but a great blend of meat, cheese and onions. Not runny or drippy at all, but also not dry.

The tuna hoagie was enormous! At least twice the size of a regular hoagie elsewhere. It has a slight sauce to it that seems like parmigiana cheese? Delicious. I can say you get a lot of food for the price, and I will return for the pizza as well!

The greatest place for pizza, cheese steaks and just about everything else. The best ingredients and served as a quality meal. A must go to
