The lake isn't easy to see from the parking lot. To get to the lake from the parking lot at Campus Drive, head straight across the field that you see in front of you as you enter the lot. Go about a quarter mile or 400 meters west, with 332 parallel to you on your right.

With this being my first time at Silver Lake Park, it kind of took me by surprise how refreshing it was to visit. The park is extremely well kept and gives the vibe that you're far from home when ideally it's located right in our backyard.

Maintained extremely well, you can really think for a moment that you are far-far away from civilization. Amazing views and a lot of fishing spots, few picnic options. Everything looks clean and tidy. Highly recommend to visit with family and enjoy last summer days.
