CVS

I went to this CVS location to grab a few items and the self checkout was being weird. I got a notification on the machine that assistance was needed and not even a minute later the cashier, Angelina, was there! I SWEAR SHE IS THE SECOND COMING OF GOD!! If it wasn't for her I would not have gotten my Revlon concealer! I was so thankful for her that I gave her the concealer, a mascara, and even a vitamin water because she was so sweet! I 100% recommend this CVS store because the employees are on top of everything!

I had the most wonderful experience with a staff member at this CVS by the name of Monica on 8/5/23! ! I could not operate the photo machine connecting with my phone( age me 79) that should explain it! This wonderful girl worked with me probably over a half hour! Smile never left her face! She was so kind and efficient! This young lady is such an asset to your store, you are so lucky! Thank you Monica. I will be back. Cass Loveless

I love this CVS! Marsha is magnificent and always tries to help as much as possible. Even when I show up and wait for my script they have it for me quick and with a smile .Covid was a joke the way these employees were expected to deal w shots and refills ,flu shots ,ect..but they did it and always w smile.Thank you guys !

We called to enquire Covid home testing kits. We arrived at CVS pharmacy 12.30pm and Ms Marsha helped us at counter. Less than an hour it was ready for pick up.
Ms Marsha was patient, polite and efficient. Thank you.

The young man at the pharmacy found a manufacturer coupon to get my medicine for FREE! He took us to the side away from the line and took the time to find the correct one. It meant a lot! Not often you find customer service like that. Very much appreciated.

The store is conveniently located. I did have to wait for my prescription to be filled but not long. The pharmacy people were friendly and helpful.

Love all the people! Especially the pharmacy gang. Always great service. Have witnessed a lot of jerk customers and I take over because they can't. No I haven't hurt anyone yet! Lol

I find the staff to be helpful and kind. I've never had a problem, and I use this cvs often.

Typical overpriced store. Feels a bit run down.

When I attempt to expedite my orders using the call in service so that I can get out of town for work always receives push back from the pharmacist/assistants even when the customer volume is low. I don’t know if it’s due to incompetence or malice, but it often interrupts my daily plans. I call to expedite an order when the pharmacy opens at 8/9 am, and when I go to the physical pharmacy I am told by in assistant (after the assistant talks to the pharmacist in hushed tone) that my prescription will not be ready until at least 11 am. This type of customer service can disrupt a person’s schedule in ways that actively alienate the customer.

Update from a year later-still the same issues. Not sure what the point of the of the call service giving me a pickup time if the pharmacist can’t seem to have my prescription ready at that time. Quite frustrating.

This CVS is closing and a new store will open in the Prickett Preserve. The new location will be busy with more traffic, and will not be convieniant for some. Hopefully Walgreens takes over this location and operates better than CVS.
