Fantastic experience, was with straight talk and ever since Verizon bought them out we've had nothing but issues that couldn't be remedied. We finally had enough of it and went to see what cricket had to offer at the store, was not disappointed.

Extremely competitive pricing, great deals on phones and above all I have to say staff "Shelby" put in a lot of effort to transfer from straight talk. Staff was well educated on the products provided and made the transfer as seamless as possible.

I would highly recommend for people who aren't looking to sign into a contract with a expensive major company, they use the same AT&T towers that everybody else does anyway.

My experience at cricket was great. They were friendly and helped me to transfer my pictures and contacts to my new phone.they also were very knowledgeable about the phones .I also purchased a smart watch that I love all the features on it.im loving their service. I would buy another phonein a minute from them.

I bought the phone and it's good I like the phone and I paid $55 for the plan and it's OK for me .Employee were really friendly and helpful. They help me to transfer my contact and pictures to my new phone .I'm very happy now there are two peoples to work we don't have to wait for long .

Cricket Wireless is top notch , i have been with them ever since they opened the location at central park downtown and i never will go anywhere else. Stacey that works there is extremely helpful and the other girl is very friendly to everyone that comes in.

Great service here. Anup has the best customer service for a cell phone carrier employee I ever met. He will hook you up and not jerk you around and explain everything. Definitely recommend the downtown johnstown store.

Great service and decent prices. I get the 70$ plan ...unlimited talk and text, and UNLIMITED high speed data..woop woop!!! My wife gets a 10$ off credit because we combined our lines. So $130 for both. UNLIMITED. They are always very kind and helpful regarding any questions about our phones. Anup one of the sales reps. Is a cool dude and they will do whatever they can to convince you to but. I have gotten some great deals there!

I always forget this store location as it is somewhat tucked behind Central Park's Gazebo. I only needed a Pop Socket for my phone, and this is 1 of 2 phone stores downtown.

I visit the store on Friday and I activate a new service with them with the unlimited $55 .The employee help me to transfer my contact and my pictures too .They are very nice and polite .

I came into the store to get away from Sprint.and let me tell u .i left with 3 new phones as well as the money plan for each for almost $200 cheaper a month than Sprint... Gooo see them yall! Mr. Anup is the man..
