The service is always top notch. They understand if you don't have the money right away to pay for your medications. Also, if you can't come in to pay for your medications they will mail them to you at no charge.

As my mother's caregiver, i deal with all of her medications. These folks have been a nightmare to deal with. Prescriptions were almost never on time, either. The last straw was when i called about a medication that was due on a Sunday, that way it could be sent out and be there Saturday. Well, they filled it, but never put the bag in the mail, resulting in me having to call multiple different pharmacies to get this resolved so my mother didnt have a seizure. Thanks, Genoa!

My doctor sent in 90 pills for 90 days. I got the first 30 a month goes by I get the next 30 and a month goes by then I call them to get my last 30 days before I would have to go see the doctor and apparently I have no more refills. So now I have to go without a SSRI that I've been taking for damn near a year. I will not be using Genoa anymore.
