Worcester Fitness

I love Worcester Fitness. They offer a variety of classes and equipment, and keep things in good repair. Their locker rooms have always been clean, but they have been recently updated so now they are beautiful too. Staff greet you by name and are always smiling. Their personal trainers are well educated and kind. I’ve been a member for over ten years and am looking forward to many more!

Great gym! Very clean and not overcrowded. I’ve been to other gyms in Worcester that are too crowded. I actually get a great workout in because I’m never waiting for equipment. Easy in and out because the gym is guaranteed not to be too congested.

One aspect that I hope management would review…They used to have childcare, I wish they would bring that back. The YMCA has a nice program where parents can drop off kids while parents workout. There does seem to be a good amount of kids with their parents. I guarantee the program would be a success. Crossing my fingers for the future.

As a slightly biased employee, Worcester Fitness has been my family and second home for the last 17 years. I am grateful to come to work each day and collaborate with staff and members to continue to offer what makes us so special! Worcester Fitness offers something for all of your fitness needs. Our customer service team is hands down the best in the area. My children have grown up here partaking in the Swim Academy, Flyers Swim Team, and many vacation club programs. If you are looking for a gym where cleanliness, customer service, upkeep of equipment, and a top notch team ready to invest in your health journey with you, this is the gym for you!

Family! When you join Worcester Fitness as a member (or staff person ;-) you are instantly part of the best fitness family in the area. Ok, Ok, I'm biased, but I was a member years before I became an employee and my entire family are members. Our members and staff our the friendliest people going. We offer the best programs around, have extremely knowledgeable and caring trainers and our member services staff is second to none.

Worcester Fitness is the best gym in the area. I have been a member for about 3 years and have taken advantage of most of what they have to offer (pool, cardio and weight equipment, large variety of classes and fun events. The WF staff are great and knowledgeable. Members are also great to workout with.

Worcester fitness is a great place where members are as supportive as staff. No matter what you are looking for you can accomplish it! At 67 i feel better than i did when i joined at 42 thanks to training with Sam K. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ray D.

Gyms can be scary and overwhelming. Woo Fitness feels more like a place where I belong. It is a great facility, lots of offerings, friendly knowledgeable staff. I love the pool. The women's locker room is wonderful and nicely maintained.

Very clean. The people are very knowledgeable about the equipment and what works best for each person. Very easy to use equipment and people are very kind and pleasant. We use the gym at the Senior Center! 👍🏻

My hubby and I signed up a month ago and we love it here! It’s a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. The gym is broken up into different sections. Plenty of rooms and equipment! Very clean, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

I have been a member for a while now. I am a boot camper! Just want to give a shout out to one of the newer instructors, Deanna. She is excellent. She explains and demos the exercises well. She is very attentive to and observant of form and ensuring people are doing the exercises properly. She motivates throughout the class. I love the music set she plays. She is energetic. Quickly learned everyone’s names. Great hire!

Worcester Fitness is very welcoming and a great place to exercise. The classes are excellent and there is more than enough equipment to fit any fitness needs.

Everyone is very friendly. The pool is nice and warm. The lockers are state of the art. A very pleasant experience all around :)

All the trainers are very nice and very helpful. I enjoy the classes on Monday and Wednesday. I wish they had more classes and maybe a few in the afternoon would be nice.
