This is a place that when you go.... you never want to go to another hardware store. Absolutely fantastic service, great selection. They have everything you really need and all good quality. Even if you are unsure of what you want they will walk you through it with a fantastic amount of patience. You can tell each and every employee enjoys what they do. Many are prior Air Force so props for their service.

Wilhelm's has been my go to hardware store for decades. Has that great old-time atmosphere and the place where you can find just about anything. The staff is excellent and always wanting to help. I always feel welcome when I walk through the door.

One of the few old-time hardware stores in the area, I've watched many of the others disappear over the years. Unlike the big box stores, you get somebody's attention the minute you walk in the door. If by some chance they don't happen to have what you're looking for (which has only happened once or twice in my experience) they'll give you some pretty good pointers as to who might have it. The staff in there goes out of their way to be helpful. It's my first choice for any sort of hardware store needs.

Best hardware store in the area.Good old fashioned service. The people there know the difference between a toothpick, and a paintbrush. Prompt service no waiting for 20 minutes only to have somone come back on the phone to tell we don't know what you're talking about Monty Graham

This place puts the big box stores to shame. Excellent customer service. Seldom do they not have what I am looking for and always at a reasonable price. It's my first go to store when I need something quickly. Salesmen all know what they are talking about.

Will always choose to shop local if I have the choice.

Forget about going to all of those " Big Box " stores where you can't find what you're looking for and neither does the employees and just come here!!! They always have what you're looking for and know exactly where to find it! Highly recommend and great to shop at a locally owned small business where they actually are willing to go the extra mile to help you with anything!!!

Way better customer service than a large chain. Huge selection, and I mean huge. Its deceiving from the outside, but every foot of the store is used. Very knowledgeable staff, and friendly. Will definitely be back

Great place to go..have EVERYTHING you need...the help and knowledge the workers have is AMAZING..would highly recommend shopping here instead of a bigger hardware store..get the exact same thing probably cheaper price and you're supporting a small local business..been shopping here for years and I will continue to shop here as long as they're open..

Old Fashioned Hardware Store... They have everything especially little widgets and gizmos that you can't find elsewhere. Plus they provide excellent personalized service and all the gentleman there know the store by heart so all you have to do is ask and they will guide you to whatever you're looking for and give suggestions and advice !!!
