Tulli's Shoe Store & Repair

Our town has exactly ONE cobbler, which is closed most of the time & also didn't do a particularly good job fixing the sole on my shoe properly.

Since we already were going to Hershey, I'd found this gem of a store. Despite arriving one hour before closing time, they repaired both the sole and heel while we waited, and for only $10.

I cannot recommend the place enough - super-friendly owners & great job!

I purchased a pair of Rockport shoes from Tulli's in September 2023. I have an extra wide foot that makes it extremely difficult to find shoes that fit well. The older gentlemen measured my foot, and pulled out 15 different pairs of shoes in varying styles. Great service, very polite and most importantly a pair of shoes that fit just right!

I took two designer leather purse straps to have them shortened. They were done on the time quoted ( 2 days) and look wonderful. The stitching matches the original and is very well put together. Reasonable pricing ( $20 ). I am very happy with the service and final results.

I needed some leather sandals altered as they were too wide, and a hook repaired on the strap of a leather purse. They did a great job on both. Very professional and the finished products were perfect. You couldn’t tell either had been altered.

Always totally satisfying. The family owned business offers direct, personal upfront service. Which has vanished in industry of this fast paced world we live in today.!

I can not recommend this place enough! They have repaired countless shoes for me over the years. The owners took not of my uneven tread wear pattern and started adding shims to help me walk straighter. They recommended corrective sneakers that have changed my life. I'm on my feet all day so a good pair of well fitting shoes are worth their weight in gold. They always go above and beyond to make sure the fit is right and their repair work is amazing!

This is a superior shoe repair shop. I had my boots repaired at a different shop, basically just tightened up and “cleaned up”, and it did the job, but nothing compared to Tulli’s. Tulli’s did a full resole (midsole and outsole) and new heel. The boots are actually BETTER than when i initially bought them. The boots are obviously broken in and the leather has formed to my foot shape, but the sole and heal are better quality than the off the shelf boot. The job was very professional, no jagged edges, perfectly polished.

If you love your boots (or shoes), and want to give them a new life, there’s no better place. This was my first visit and it certainly will not be my last.

My Doctor recommended this shoe store. I had horrible pain in my feet for months, getting to the point that I could hardly walk. Tried all different sneakers in the past, and spent a lot of money along the way. The owner here was wonderful and listened to me when describing my pain and symptoms. He knew exactly what my feet needed. I walked out with my new sneakers on. Its been a week and my feet feel awesome. What a difference. Thank you so much ! I highly recommend this shoe store. Well worth the cost.

I have been having terrible foot pain for months and heard about this as a recommendation for a student with foot pain. So thought I'd try it myself. Talk about old school service and honoring their customers. They went above and beyond! I don't think I will ever buy another shoe somewhere else. Totally worth the $ for the shoes I purchased. My feet feel so much better! Love the shoes AND love the service here!

Always great customer service..honest!

I was caught out recently on the way to a trade show when my favorite comfortable shoes split. I stopped by and asked if they could do an emergency repair while I waited.
10 minutes later I was stitched up (in a nice way) and back on the road. The cost was low and the lady that served me was very nice. I never ordinarily give 5 stars, but these guys went the extra mile.

I took two pairs of my beat up Johnston and Murphy shoes there. The rehabilitation of the was by far the best I have had done. The pricing was even better. I recommend that you MUST use their service.

Tulli's is a REAL shoe store: they sell comfortable shoes (even high heels!), polish, inserts, orthotics, and laces. Their service is like the olden days---they make you feel like they have all day to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Their repair service is fast, affordable and outstanding.

I took a pair of 15 year old Doc Martins here for repair. They needed new side stitching, polishing out scuffs, and new insoles. Tulli's had them done in a week for $20 and it was worth every penny.

Great Service. Family Run Business. Always Friendly and willing to try any repair even straps on my wife's handbag. Will Return.

Tulli’s fixed a pair of shoes while I waited. I drove 24mi bc the local shoe repair stop owner was on vacation. I was so impressed by their quality work.that I will make the long drive the next time.

Good customer service, I have had shoe repair plus have bought SAS brand shoes here, plus my husband has secured good shoes that fit & support his feet very well.

This is the best shoe store in this area. The owners are wonderful people & know their shoes. Are very knowledgeable if you have a foot problem. Check it out.

No relief. The gentleman is very courteous. However, I am not seeing the results.I will definitely continue to keep in touch with this outstanding gentleman.
