Good atmosphere and service. Easy to get to and plenty of parking available.

The slight uptick on the curry's spice was a welcome surprise, as many places I have visited seem toned down in recent years. The flavor was on point. I will definitely revisit next time I am in the area.

When we arrived just before 6 on a Wednesday, the place was empty. As this was our first visit, this made me a little nervous. Not to worry, as the small dining room filled up over the course of our dinner, and several folks stopped in to pick up takeout. Our food was fantastic! My Massaman Curry was outstanding and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Cashew Nuts with beef.

Absolutely fantastic! I got the summer roll and the vegetable pad thai. I called an order to go while my daughter had karate! Everything is authentic and fresh. This is the best around! I have tried a few like chalits near by but I went the extra 2 miles and boy was it worth it!
I didn't get any silverware for my take out though but I will ask for it next time!
The food was done before I got there and the woman was very sweet and pleasant :)

We had a huge catering order for an event and the staff was so wonderful and helpful with everything. Food was delicious and everyone loved it!!

Nice to discover this restaurant here in Mechanicsburg. Ordered the angel wings ( chicken wings) , and the green papaya salad topped with chicken. Both of these dishes were fresh and flavorful. Excellent , friendly service and nice vibrant proportions. Clean , comfortable dining. Highly recommend. I will be back to try many more dishes. Thank you! The Padthai, and Drunken noodles were excellent as well. Another great lunch was enjoyed. We had the Tom yum soup and the pineapple fried rice. Excellent!

Hidden gem is Mechanicsburg !!!
We ordered spinach potstocker - was good. drunken noodles with chicken - the chicken was little hard but the noodles and taste was amazing. Our favourite of the day was Thai basil, we took two Jasmine rice bowls -- the chicken was shredded, it comes with capsicum, onion, broccoli -- delicious.

Employees are the kindest people I've ever met in general, but the food.. the food is definitely the best Thai food I've personally had, ever. Everything was perfectly seasoned, if you like a kick, definitely try the Curry in any flavor. Decided to take some pictures to do it justice, hopefully I did just that. If you're doubting and reading these reviews, GO! We will definitely be back! (I'd be back just for the Angel wings and fried donuts to be honest, but the fact that the main courses are 10/10 definitely seals the deal.)

Coming from Bangkok wok - Basil Leaf wins my vote! I always get the beef panang curry & this is my go-to spot now. Staff is exceptionally pleasant, polite, and respectful. 5 out of 5 for quality AND service.

Got take out several times from here now since they don’t have the weird hours the places on the pike do. We’ve been pleasantly surprised. Lots of flavor and my wife especially loves the vegetables that are in the drunken noodle.

Thai Basil is incredibly helpful and accommodating with their service. Also the food is so delicious and makes me miss home! Recommendation: any of the pad thai

This place did not disappoint!! It is really nice inside, the staff was wonderful and the food was fantastic. You can't go wrong with the pineapple fried rice and I tried the fairy shrimp and it was wonderful. I would definitely eat there again and recommend it

Excellent food, I had the Lemongrass Chicken and it was perfectly prepared and spiced. My daughter said the boba tea was "bobalicious".

Super nice staff with a lovely atmosphere. I tried their mango bubble tea and loved it.

What a wonderful experience! This small, modest restaurant packs a mighty punch! Our party of four were en route from Missouri to NYC and spending the Sunday night in Mechanicsburg. So many restaurants were closed on Sunday that I was very worried we would a decent place for dinner.
WE FOUND A FANTASTIC ONE! Summer rolls, Brussels Sprout salad, Pork Pad Thai, and a cashew/fried tofu dish...all outstanding! Food was so good that we had to try dessert. Thai donuts and mango with sticky rice, also wonderful! But as great as the food was, the service was attentive, helpful, friendly, and so warm and welcoming. THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a memorable evening! Looking forward for our next opportunity to try more items from the menu....

Great authentic Thai cuisine! The Fairy Tail Shrimp with honey-lemon sauce was new to me and will be repeated. Also tasted Drunken Noodles and Tamarind Duck. Everything was delicious. Nine of us piled in for dinner and the server didn't miss a beat. Great food. Great staff. We'll be back!

Went in for a celebratory mother's day dinner with wife and five year old! Spouse was amped for some Pad Thai and this place didn't let us down.

Was probably the best Pad Thai I ever had honestly, place was smallish, and there weren't a ton of tables available (I assume because of social distancing), but we got right in and the food, service, ambiance was perfect.

Our son had dumplings which he loved, I tasted them, and can say they too were fantastic.

Portion sizes were great for the price. I was full the rest of the night, three meals and drinks was like $44.

Will definitely return!
