Friendly, engaging, patient staff.
Bought a new gaming rig and young gent helping me was very pleasant. Had a snafu with my credit card requiring me to call VISA and he patiently waited for me to rectify it. Very pleased with my visit.

Sales people were very helpful and helpful. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. They took a lot of time walking me/us through the availability of an IPad and IPhone, too. Bust Buy is our first go to source for information on electronics and products!

I went in to get a fire stick remote control. They were very friendly pointed out where it was and the customer service representative at the checkout was very friendly as well. I like the experience at this best buy

My wife and I were asked the times by three different employees if we needed help. Twice we spoke with guys who were knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We spoke for a while with gentleman in TVs. I've been to this location a number of times and it's always been a positive experience.

I prefer this location over the Mechanicsburg one; generally cleaner with a better stock of inventory, and the checkout/pickup line is consistently much faster, plus the locker pickup is a game-changer.

I didnt end up buying anything but the selection was pretty good and the layout of the store looked nice

Nice store and location. They need more employees. We had to do all the research on what we were looking at because there was no one to help us.

Best buy has changed over the years..and some of the prices are higher than ever..you can get quality electronics at Walmart..I hate to say..Sam's club and Costco...all depends on how much ya looking to spend...I think the geek squad is probably the best part for me...a friend used them and said it was ok..but nothing special

Well i was on a road trip from boston to west virginia to get some cats. I was Use of the GPS on my phone and I kept falling off little tray that I have on the dashboard and I felt like I was going to. Kill someone on the highway if I kept having to look down to pick up my phone instead of paying attention to the road. So I stopped into this Best Buy and I bought a cd player mounted phone holder. This phone holder saved the lives of many who dont even know the danger they were truly in before i bought it. 10 out of 10 will go again
