Clean store, friendly and helpful staff especially at the self scan, have to note the dairy department is the best in area, always looks immaculate and has plenty of milk eggs and butter

Never had an issue here with meat freshness or things being out of stock. Good staff of hard workers who are very helpful.

My familiarity with the store layout helped me navigate an efficient, quick rundown of my shopping list. My list was enhanced by coupons and specials advertised on the Giant website.

This giant is always great. I'm always happy with their selection and staff. Lots of parking too.

Meredith in customer service is outstanding! Not to mention this is the first Giant Food Store that I had the Hocus Pocus cereal IN STOCK! Our Cashier Mary, was quite wonderful too! What a pleasant shopping experience ❤🥰

This store recently got a remodel. It is clean and easy to navigate. They now also have Giant Direct out of this store. They have many self checkout stations available including some with belts if the store is busy. Overall I don't mind shopping here.

How nice was this visit? It was great everyone I asked questions to was very nice whether they were store employees or other shoppers. The aisles are very clean and shelves are well stocked. There's never a long line to check out because cashiers are waiting to service you. My kind of place. Makes for a very efficient and enjoyable shopping event.

I enjoy the Giant stores around Harrisburg. They are usually great quality and this one is no different. Yeah it's a big box store, but I know that when I walk in. So I have different expectations than if I went to a smaller more boutique store. For the expectations I have with bigger stores like this, Giant does well for me and I'm happy about it.

Good place to shop good customer service

This is my local neighborhood Giant Food Store. I do shop here often and while it's smaller than the other local Giant Stores and lacks a Beer & Wine Garden, it is still a great store to grocery shop at. Very Good experience. Got our pork & sauerkraut for New Years day. Also got some nice 1/2 off Christmas small gifts for next year. Great store. Good products. Wonderful friendly staff. Very clean, nicely organized groceryy plus store. My husband & I are Giant customer for life!

One of the places in the area offering Penn State Nittany Lion hot dogs and bags of Silver Floss sauerkraut. We buy both when we're in the area since we can't get either one in NC where we live.

We love this giant, mostly always has what we need! Although some things are like never stocked that we get a lot of that's my only complaint other then that this giant is a 5 star!! ⭐

It is always a great place to get my groceries. Well kept place and a courteous staff. I have been there over 30 times and I had never had a bad experience. Checkout was a smooth experience.

When I went to purchase fried chicken this morning the lady in the deli section told me that they were behind due to employee shortage. She asked me how long I would be in the store. I told her 15 - 20 minutes. I said great I would wait for it. This employee was great, and helpful. I was done shopping and my chicken was ready for me a few minutes later. This is the Giant store on Simpson Ferry in Mechanicsburg, PA.

I have been shopping at this store my whole life. I want to give a shout out to Elvira, who always takes care of me in the self-checkout area. She is the best customer service staff to have ever waited on me. Always smiling, going the extra mile and super helpful helping me ring large and bulky items. She deserves a raise and recognition for being a true professional all the time. I just heard another customer say she made their day! I told her that 2 days ago as well! Give up some love to this irreplaceable employee Giant!

Great location! Especially during COVID-19. Less traffic than a Carlisle Pike Giant... Be nice if they sold beer 🍻. BUT... Rutter's is right down the street & liquor store next door

This is my go to giant because it's easy to get in & out quickly. Elvira who usually works the u-scan is the sweetest person. For years she has always made our shopping experience easier by talking to my daughter & keeping her busy for a few minutes. When they don't have stickers she even draws a little something for the kids. She's one of the many reasons we keep coming back to this Giant.

The pharmacists are the ultimate in courtesy, professionalism , kindness, patience, respect and personableness per my experience both on 07/18/2021 @ 1200 and on 01/17/2022 @ 1700. I can only hope and pray that corporate recognizes them in a beneficial way, and that they receive the same respect from their customers. PA Young, RN

I must say the staff that works here has been absolutely amazing towards me. I usually do not go to this giant I usually go to Weis markets. But, two times in one week with a couple days in between I had to go in as soon as they opened to get balloons blown up and at that time they obviously don't have anybody doing that. The managers and the stuff where super helpful in getting someone to do it for me. As soon as I walked in the second time they knew who I was they were still sweet about it even though they had other work to do that they were taking time out of that to help me blow up balloons that I needed right away because I procrastinated lol for my friend's birthdays :-) But I have never come across a staff at Giant that actually cared enough to track someone down quickly to get it done quickly so I wasn't late and so I could also make sure last minute that I could go and deliver my balloons to my friends for their birthday So I just wanted to give some credit to this giant and that I think it's better than the bigger giant sometimes the smaller stores have better customer service lol But I would definitely give this giant five stars! On top of that I have been to about six different grocery stores including different wise markets and giants and it so happened that when I went there they had the two things I was looking for It was the only giant I had not checked that whole week I had been trying to track these two items down. I was so excited they had it I grabbed probably six boxes of my protein bars and my popsicles lol. The stuff was also super helpful in helping me find them and getting exactly what I needed! Thank you guys.
