My lease was about up and I went to this Honda dealership for the first time and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. My salesman Brian was very easy to talk too and helped me find the vehicle I was interested in. Drew the sales manager was very polite and crunched the numbers to get me a very great deal on a new Passport. Hannah the finance manager was also very friendly and efficient. Overall it was a wonderful experience I highly recommend this dealership.

I can not say enough good things about my sales woman Jessica! She was absolutely amazing to work with, at no point was she ever pushy or too forward. I started the car shopping experience online I was talking with Stevie, who was fantastic working with. Went in to the dealership and met with Billy, also fantastic. between the 2 of them they made our car shopping experience amazing I’ve never in my life had such an amazing experience buying a car. They did everything they possibly could to get us in our 2024 Pilot. Billy was very knowledgeable about the car he went over everything with us on every feature and how they all work before we even left. I will tell u one thing that I keep telling you in these surveys, but this is my second suv and if I don't buy another one it will be because of this ... the driver's seat belts are awful. It cuts me in the neck no matter how much adjusting I do. Nothing works!!!

Ended up in an accident requiring extensive mechanical work. Chad was my service advisor, and was great at keeping me in the loop and explaining what was going on. I had to turn down some routine maintenance because of financials, but will definitely be requesting Chad be my advisor for any future work I get done at Faulkner.

Hannah the finance person was so wonderful and knew exactly what she was doing and was just amazing to work with! Trevor the sales person was so funny and definitely a great sales person! The one thing I can say about this dealership is that they didn’t pressure you to make a choice , like other dealership.
