We take the opportunity to stop whenever we can. We enjoy the food! Speed and efficiency are key but kindness and cleanliness are important too. Worth an eat in or a trip through the double drive through. Signage is good to find parking or drive through.

We needed fast food, and didn't want to be disappointed with quality, taste, and freshness. So we went to Chick-FIL-A for preblessed food! Peppermint Chip Milkshake was heavenly!

We live right down the street from them and the drive through is always backed up and crazy yet the service is quick and the workers friendly. We order delivery a lot and they are always quick and the food is fresh. Other fast food places should take note: staff correctly and pay your people well... and you will have a superior product that customers will flock to.

One of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've experienced. Hands-on operator going table to table to make sure everybody was happy. Food is always consistently good. Waffle fries could have been hotter but still so good.

I love stopping by this great Chik-fil-A while in Hershey! Their food is made with love and care! Tried their cold brew coffee and it's a great option for hot summer days!

I had put a mobile order in. When it was ready my food was but not my drinks. I let the staff know. Still I waited another 10 mine and no drinks still. Finally the manager came and I told her the situation. She got my drinks right away and refunded my whole order. Very appreciative as my food was now cold.

When it comes to Chick-fil-A, you can't go wrong! Yes they have a BEST chicken, lemonade & sauces... But more than that that surpass every other food establishment not just fast food in their care for us as the customer.

We stopped to try the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was a slight disappointment. Of course the restaurant was clean and the people working there were friendly. Chick-fil-A makes a great chicken sandwich with the spicy chicken that they just came out with lacks something that the competition has.

Love this place! Wonderful staff, awesome food and good prices for a high quality fast food restaurant. 10/10

Their breakfast is the best things tbh. Usually always hot but this time my hasbrowns were Luke warm and soggy. No crisp at all. Other than that what I got was great. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and added bacon egg and cheese to it. Theynever have a problem customizing the order which I truly appreciate.

Besides this place being super busy most of the day, we like going here when we can. It's a little pricey for our family of 7 (then what isn't) but it's worth the splurge every once in a while. Food & service is top notch for a fast food facility. Would recommend.

I always order through the app for even faster service. The staff in the drive-thru are awesome and always moving. Keeping the flow of traffic moving.

The food was great and the people there were soooo nice! I got three meals for three people, and it was $30.46. Please go to chick fl a it’s amazing!

WOW. This location goes above and beyond the rest and really cares for customers. Offering to refill drinks (at tables so you don’t get up!), handing out stickers & cow headbands for kids, lots of leadership around and excellent customer service / assistance.

It was the perfect stop for food on the road trip back home. We were shocked to see a menu hanging off the tablets because the restaurants back home don't seem to have them. And when our group saw the cheese dipping sauce, we were even more excited. It was another welcomed surprise.

Staff is always nice and willing to help. Food is always good and mobile pick up is always timely. I have not had any issues with the order being correct. They work hard to make sure the drive thru line runs smoothly and quickly.
