Everything is always clean and organized. Good customer service.

I’ve stopped at this location a few times over the last two months and it’s sometimes rough with the staff. Most days it seems the manager is running the store by himself and appears to be stressed out most days but is a nice guy, keeps coffee fresh and store is clean. It’s a shame the company doesn’t care about its employees enough to staff. Nonetheless the experience was nice great conversation with the manager and great breakfast sandwich but if the store remains this understaffed I will probably switch to sheetz as they have a nicer store and this one is less than to be desired on curb appeal from the 80s.

Customer service is great!

This is no Wawa, but it's the nicest Turkey Hill around. Unfortunately, they often run out of icecream sandwiches which are the cheapest icecream product they sell.

For a smaller store, I like it. They are friendly and have a sugar free option for slushies

It is what it is. Manage your expectations and you will not be dissatisfied.

Has an employee by the name of Karen who has a dirty foul mouth while waiting on customers. And I took it very offensive whe she took the Lords name in vane while using the "F" word. And apparently manager does not care because when I called to complain nothing was done. Karen is still employed there & her language has not changed. Will not shop there any longer.

Go to Sheetz if you can! Better service!

THEY STEAL AND LIE AND GIVE ATTITUDE!
Kylee stole, I mean "overcharged" $20 and the manager Amanda won't do a single thing about it. Refused to look up the transaction or do anything to make it right. Only nice person in the store is Dawn. All have attitudes and are very unhelpful. Always understaffed after 1-2pm. UPDATE: the overcharge was the cashier buying herself cigarettes ON MY TAB, MY DIME. that's why nobody would offer me help... they cover up for eachother, I'm sure shes done this more than once based off how they all act and the other reviews.SCAM DO NOT GO THEY STEAL FROM YOU AND LET EACHOTHER GET AWAY WITH IT!!! UPDATE AGAIN: so this all happened on 6/17, even after contacting corporate I still don't have a refund of my stolen money. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!! I will keep editing this until something is done. Still no action taken as of 8/8/2023.

Well I believe after being a ten year customer of the store I don't think I'll be going back. I went in to buy tobacco products that are marked for $2.39 a piece. However after speaking to the manager about them, they were ringing up $3.46 a piece, she said she will not do a manual override she will just take them off the order. The kicker to this is that the same price has been this way for months and each person that I've spoken to and purchased from has said they have mentioned it to her and either she's too lazy to change the price or doesn't talk to the vendor about the problem. I wouldn't typically leave this review however she had a real nasty attitude because I questioned it. The fact that it was a displayed price of a $1.07 less tells me that they are either intentionally ripping off their customers or don't care enough about the customers to fix the mistakes. Not to mention the coffee taste burnt and old, there's never any hot food available after 1 PM.

This is to the worst managed convenience store. I stopped here about three times a week for a while. The cream dispensers are always empty. Half the time out of large cups. Sometimes need to wait for coffee to be made. I honestly have never seen anything like it.

They NEVER have coffee, creamer or milk. Every single day i have to either ask them to refill something, brew coffee, or all of the above. Out of 100 days, there were 4 days that i didn't have to ask them for something. And this is during normal coffee hours in the morning (7:30-9am) I have complained to the manager and it got me nowhere. I don't want a coupon for a free slushy - i want coffee brewed and creamer stocked in the morning. And the coffee cups are horrible, they leak and the coffee burns your hands. The coffee liners don't fit the cups properly so you burn your hands a couple of times. UGH!
