Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jason spoke with us on the phone over the course of a few days to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, at a cost that worked us. We traveled about 4 hours to purchase the car, and Jason, as well as Jenna, made the process go as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Great experience with this team. Good communication start to finish for an e-priced 2024 Impreza base below MSRP with no “market adjustment.” Amr and team went above and beyond to get this ready as a Black Friday gift for my college kid. Great dealership. Traded up a 2021 Crosstrek for a 2024 Crosstrek. Got a great deal. Salesman was excellent, great service, explained everything in detail, all paperwork with titles, registration handled easily. Zack Beishline was a great to work with, definitely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Can’t say it enough. Very honest, helpful and straight forward staff. I traveled 3 hours to get the car from them. Zach and the staff got me in and back out on the road quickly. What really matters, is the quality of service you receive from your sales associate. My sales associate, Ben Peregoy, did an amazing job providing that experience. He was always a head of the game and always keeping me informed on where they were in the process. Ben does not only treat you as if your family, but someone who truly cares about everything you are looking for in a vehicle.

If you need a Subaru you have to go there and see Amr Gad. His knowledge about the brand and industry is unbelievable. Despite the good looking and great smell, he is the one to go to. He gets you the best rates and works hard to get you a car within your budget.

I am a hospice nurse, I visit patients in their homes. My outback is my office. Today when I got out of my car it locked with my keys in my car. I called Faulkner and first spoke with Cindy who was wonderful she got me connected with Ryan who came out with another guy(sorry I forgot his name)
They were great, got me in my car and back working.
