B&B Insurance Agency was wonderful to work with for my home and auto insurance. Bill was friendly and very knowledgeable. My auto insurance was less costly by far than my previous insurer for the same coverage. Bill was very helpful and asked the correct questions to make sure my horse barn was correctly insured. I’ve been a customer of Bill and Bridget for several years now, they have always been helpful and very responsive no matter what the issue or question.
Recently I filed a claim during a windstorm
I spoke to Bridget to file claim on a Tuesday And She stated someone would call me on Wednesday
Wednesday morning around 10 AM I Received a phone call from an Erie claims adjuster, After emailing some photos to the damaged gazebo
And a receipt of the cost,within two hours I had the funds deposited directly to my account
I deal with many insurance companies through my Business and I can say that I’ve never met a firm That has such a quick response when you email or leave a message
I Have sent most of my children for all their insurance needs to Bill and Bridget and would recommend anyone else I know that they would be taken care of very well
