Cody was absolutely excellent. Needed Insurance to close my house. Called Cody and she filled me in on the policy and that was all I needed to do. Cody contacted the people putting together the escrow account and I was done in swift and complete order.

This is what I called "fire and forget". You ask her to do something and you know it will get done!!! Great Experience!

I have been a State Farm customer for well over 30 years. The Agent I signed on with was FANTASTIC. That is until he passed in a horrible accident. I was assigned to another agent who turned out to be uncooperative and his office staff confrontational. So I requested transfer to an agency close to my work. They were OK in doing business with me, as was the successor in that office. For some reason State Farm transferred me to Cody's office. I was concerned, but what a pleasant surprise. Everyone is pleasant and efficient, especially Cody. She responds to my phone calls and emails very quickly and has the answers I need, and they are complete and informative answers. Additionally, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences when dealing with Cody in her office, across from her at her desk. If you want THE BEST, request that CODY HERSHEY be your State Farm Insurance Agent.
