Very thorough hearing test, professional service. Heather is a wonderful person who makes sure your hearing aids are correctly fitted and meets with you multiple times until they are adjusted exactly the way you need to hear correctly. Would highly recommend if you want quality, caring service. Heather truly cares for your hearing and what you need not what you don’t need.

I stopped into Renewed Hearing Solutions in Hummelstown on impulse in early January. My hearing aids were old and one didn't work anymore. My audiologist had closed her office and moved out of state, I wasn't sure how to proceed. Heather was between clients and took her time testing me and helping me decide on the best solution. I love being able to hear again. My new aids have functions that the old ones didn't. I can hear the birds sing again! Thank you for your professional, through and compassionate help.

Update: I'm even more pleased with Heather. After I had COVID in April , we discovered that my hearing loss had worsened radically. Heather re-tuned my aids so I could hear again and to retrain my brain to ignore the tinnitus that came from COVID. The good news is that 6 months later tinnitus is greatly reduced and my hearing loss from COVID has reversed. Hearing aids really do help your brain.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I took my mother to explore the idea of getting her a hearing aid. We are seriously interested. Heather spent a lot of time with my mom allowing her to try out the hearing aid. She was informative, warm and welcoming. We plan to follow up and purchase one soon.

If I could give more than 5 stars for the care and services my mother has received the past 4 years at Renewed Hearing Solutions (RHS), I would give an infinite number.

My 81 year old mother has severe occupational hearing loss and had never been able to hear well despite owning top notch hearing aids for many years. When she relocated to PA in 2018, we googled and found that RHS serviced her brand of hearing aid. To this day, I feel like we won the lottery!

The mother and daughter team that own and run this business are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. After my mother’s first evaluation appointment, she stated that she had never had such a thoughtful and complete discussion about her hearing and her hearing needs. Their initial device adjustments alone allowed her to hear so much more and thus motivating her to wear her aids more consistently. After several thoughtful follow-up sessions and adjustments to meet my mother’s preferred hearing settings, my mother was smiling and engaging so much more. This year my mother needed to purchase new hearing aids to meet her hearing loss changes. It was a non-pressured and informational discussion of the options
regarding brands and device features that best suited her specific needs. The process was pleasant and seamless. I’m happy to say she is hearing even better.

We have found our care at Renewed Hearing Solutions to be comprehensive and individually considerate. Heather and her mother make it their mission to help their patients hear better and enjoy all the positive benefits that accompany it.

They closed their office here, but their office in Hummelstown is not too far to drive for wonderful hearing results.

From the initial phone call where Doris was so compassionate and my first appointment with Heather, I felt valued and listened to as an individual with unique issues.
