Erie Inn & Suites

We love this hotel! The Management team is outstanding, very attentive, kind and a really fun group! As a matter of fact, all of the employees we have encountered in our stays here have been very helpful! The hotel itself is very nice, well kept, clean and comfortable. There is a nice pool, enjoyable for all ages, and a gym that we have not used but looks well equipped. Hot Breakfast is another big plus of this hotel, with varied menu items each day and plenty of selections, there is something for everyone!! Also, the location of this hotel is perfect, right off I-90 and a short drive to most of Erie's attractions! Can't say enough good about the Best Western Plus in Erie, PA! We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!! 😀

We've stayed here twice. During the most recent stay, we had a snafu with our 3rd party booking. The staff was accommodating and was able to clean a room on short notice for us. The manager (Carlos) and the front desk and all the staff are very friendly, hospitable, accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and well stocked. All at a reasonable price. Definitely reccomend!

Drove from Toronto to Erie so my party and I arrived just before check in, exhausted. Abby was amazing! The room I had booked wouldn’t be ready for another hour at least due to the previous occupants. Unfortunate that happened, but Abby was able to find us two rooms next to eachother and similar to what we had booked. The entire interaction with her has been nothing but great, what a great individual and huge asset to the company.

Breakfast was great: waffle station, juices available, coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby, variety of pastries, boiled egg, yogurt, cereal, apple sauces, toast, sausage, oatmeal and scrambled eggs were a few items available that I can recall.

Pool is small but not bad. Gym was small but had a fare amount of equipment, huge plus being open 24 hours.

Parking free and multiple spots available.

Location is great, so many stores and food available down the street.

The employees are top notch, very helpful and kind. It is very affordable and only about 15 minutes from the Lake Erie peninsula and restaurant area! For the price and location, you can't beat the value. Parking lot is well light and feels safe. Complimentary breakfast was better than average of other Best Westerns I've been to and this locations coffee was the best. Room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfy. The one con is that the standard King room is a bit small, but for $10 more you can upgrade to a King suite which offers much more space (I recommend it).

Amazing staff, great breakfast and very nice rooms for the price point. We were stranded over Christmas here trying to get to Buffalo and the staff made us feel at home. The rooms with 2 queen beds and the sofa bed are perfect for a family of 4 that have teenagers.

Don't let the name fool ya. This is every bit a "Ritzy" quality venue. Cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are spot on and the complimentary breakfast is super tasty, varied and it sure beats spending twenty dollars for breakfast at the restaurants across the street. The bathroom was super clean with nice amenities. I loved the shower. Definitely my "go to" home away from home the next time I visit Erie. Five Stars all the way!!!!

Abby at the front desk is unbelievable! So incredibly warm and personable, she took housekeepings shortcomings personally and delivered our missing amenities literally giftwrapped. She goes so far above and beyond to ensure guests are happy and comfortable...she absolutely was the highlight of our stay and Best Western is lucky to have her. The hotel is clean and conveniently located.

Super easy check in with very friendly staff. The room was great. Very clean. The pool facility was very well maintained and my kids enjoyed it. The included breakfast was a typical hotel continental. All in all, would definitely stay here again!

Not sure what other's problems were with this property, we had a great stay at an affordable price, it is the first BW property we've stayed at with complimentary laundry service which was a nice surprise. Staff is very friendly and happy to help.

While they were understaffed, service was great. The room was clean, we had fresh towels, the kids loved the pool before we checked out on a rainy morning, and the breakfast was good. We especially loved the waffles. The girl working the front desk was constantly cleaning the food area and refilling drinks. It was a very nice experience, and if we ever come through again, this will be our first choice to stay at.

The room service is nice and the rooms aren't too bad but they need to get a fridge with a freezer and be careful when you are showering cause the sliding glass door has like a half inch gap at the bottom and if you're not careful u will flood the floor. But other than that it wasn't a bad place, I stay in a lot of hotels for work and I would have to say that it was probably a 9 out of 10 compared to most other hotels..

I called the front desk at around 1 am after another hotel had booked the room they had “saved” for me. I had called several hotels prior with no luck in finding a room. The front desk staff, Matthew, told me he had a room available and when I arrived 10 minutes later, was incredibly helpful and sweet. Matthew got me a great rate on the room and made the check-in process easy. The room was clean and well-kept. I would gladly stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

A very good experience here. Friendly, attentive staff!! Saturday night they were over-whelmed with an extra 60 people arriving. They stepped up to the plate as they were short-staffed and took everything in stride
The complimentary breakfast was amazing. I have never had such assortment of food to choose from. From cold to hot. The hotel was located within minutes of restaurants and shopping venues withi. I would go back again to this hotel. 😊👍

It is a very beautiful place. It looks like a luxury hotel (which I enjoyed). Enjoyed the friendly staff, especially this morning when I went to get breakfast 10 minutes before they were to shut it down and they waited so patiently for me to get everything I wanted before cleaning up and had a smile on their face the entire time. Also on my way to breakfast I heard one of the staff members ask a guest leaving if they enjoyed there stay and if they had a great time. I was pleased to hear this, it let me know that the staff really care about the guest and their enjoyment here. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so beautiful and modern. The breakfast was amazing. Pool was great, just a tad cold but still great. It was quiet and peaceful. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. I know if I am ever back in Erie, PA, I am most definitely staying here again👍🏼❤😁

Wow. Mike was super friendly and the location is central to everything. Shopping and Splash Lagoon! Walmart and Target are all within a 3 minute drive and so are a bunch of restaurants. Rooms are clean and look recently renovated. Beds were great and the pullout couch wasn't that bad! Accommodated 2 adults and our 2 children. Would definitely come back!

Assistant General Manager Torree was amazing helping jiggle my reservation after cancellation of my flights. The overnight auditor was very awesome as he fixed me up with a togo breakfast prior to my flight. Would stay again on future visits to Erie.

Such a nice hotel. Everything was very new and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Smelled nice. Gorgeous bathroom was spotless with large stand up shower. Excellent water pressure. Hot breakfast was great as well with lots of options. Staff was really friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We were just passing through! Needed an inexpensive but nice, clean place to sleep for the night close to freeway! SCORE! Soft sheets & comfy bed! We slept great & had a great breakfast. We booked online & got a great last minute deal! I found on Thursday night a King room for $79 before tax. We checked in just before midnight. I don't think that's the normal rate but couldn't pass it up for such a great facility! Thanks again to Morgan, Jane & Amanda for a great stay!

Great location just off the freeway in a nice area. Close to food and shopping. Clean new building. Nice staff and good breakfast. I would stay here again!

Friendly and clean, no complaints from us! We had the most friendly and quick hotel check-in, I wish I would’ve gotten her name! Breakfast was as expected with a variety of options.
