SpringHill Suites by Marriott Erie

Nice place to stay. The room was clean the staff all were attentive and friendly. The location was perfect for heading to the lake and there is plenty of places near by to eat.

I spent 4 days there last week with my Son. Nice sized room for 2 adults. Having 2 tv's was nice. Couch area with desk and sink was great for sitting at the end of a long day shopping. Lots of great restaurants close by. The hotel was very clean and any staff we encountered were friendly. We didn't request housekeeping because it's no big deal to make your own bed and use the same towels for a few days. This is a great clean hotel. Yes the carpets look worn but with all the daily traffic hotels experience, I don't know many that the carpets look great in.
I would stay hear again for sure.

Stayed here on 2/10/24 and the accommodations and staff were wonderful. I forget their names, but it was a young man and a young woman at the desk when we checked in. Both were helpful and attentive to needs. Love the 24 hour coffee! Clean, comfortable suite. Will always be back.

I have stayed at the Springhill Suites a couple of times when I’m in Erie and I have zero complaints about this place. Location is great, the rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Never had an issue at this hotel and I will continue to stay here in the near future when I’m back in town.

My family and I had a great stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Erie. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. Staff were friendly, and offered great customer service. The breakfast was lovely. I'm looking to book again very soon.

My stay was wonderful. This hotel had everything I needed plus a great breakfast and many options of delicious coffee. Fitness center is well stocked and very clean. This was a great stay and I will be back.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! we got the 2 queen bed room, which was spacious and clean. The hotel pool is really nice and its really big. The breakfast area was a little cramped, but they had lots of great options! The staff are all really friendly, and helped us after we forgot something! There are lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive as well. Overall, we will definitely return!

Perfect hotel for a family - kid friendly without being too much for those without kids. Microwave, sink and fridge were nicer than the other Springhill Suites we've stayed at. Breakfast was the standard. Loved the touch of including paper plates and silverware in the room - saved us when our takeout didn't have enough. Only "negative" and I say that lightly - if you're staying with kids the only sink is in room which is hard for getting ready for bed and in the morning if your kids sleep a lot longer than you do.

I spent several days here over the Fourth of July week, and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire stay. The location is fantastic, the cleanliness of the entire hotel from the lobby to my room was outstanding, and the included breakfast was great too. But as an added bonus, every staff member, I had the opportunity to meet come up to, and including the manager, who I believe was named Kim, was truly friendly, and made me feel valued as a guest.

I stayed in many hotels over the years for business and family vacations, and this ranks right out there with the best!

I will absolutely stay here every time my travels take me back to Erie and recommend to any family and friends or anyone looking for a place to stay and airy that look no further, this is the place to stay!

I wish I could give this location more stars. This is the only hotel in Erie that I will stay at. The front desk is friendly, the facilities are immaculately kept, the pool is open until 11, the rooms are spacious, modern, and pristine. Overall you feel SAFE. The price is on point and worth every penny. Thank you for always being a reliable place to stay in Erie.

I do come here often and stay for very long time usually about a month at a time. I love a location and it's pretty unassuming. If you go outside, you can actually sit and enjoy nature. Yes, nature all the way on upper peach street. Can you believe it? This place is so clean and the people are great. The coffee is actually really right, as well. See you next time I'm in, Erie.

I LOVE this hotel. Great location across from many restaurants and grocery store. This is my halfway stop when going on business trips.

Room charge was OK for Friday, but charged me a lot for Saturday.
I was in Erie Pennsylvania to visit my Daughter and her family.

If you need a place to stay this is it. They were so helpful getting us the room we needed for my mother in laws surgery. And it's in a great location. The breakfast bar was amazing. We will definitely stay there again. Just a side note my MIL still wants the beds she never slept so good in a long time ....

I love that the hotel is hidden away sort of and it's very nice n quiet... rooms are lovely

Very nice location, walking distance to restaurants, McDonald's, Millcreek mall, and Giant Eagle . We enjoyed the hot breakfast. The Plant based bun option on our second morning was a blessing (thank you for thinking of vegan). We didn't like the coffee, but we might be a bit picky in our coffee tast.
Rooms are amazing and clean. They have a mini fridge and a microwave. 2 TV screens. The beds were so comfy.
The pool was small but fun , they provided some pool toys, noodles, and balls.
Overall, stay was satisfying and relaxing.

Always a great time staying here. Rooms are nice and recently refreshed. It seems that some rooms have two large TVs — I only ever use one but I’m sure multiple guests in a room might find they useful (maybe?). Hotel is in a great location — right next to Interstate 79 and all around Erie’s big-box retail area, and not far from Presque Isle and Downtown Erie. Morning breakfast options are good with a light variety. Pool area is good.

My only downside of this hotel is the pool,cold water all the time,they needed a heated pool at least in the winter time.

Right off the main highway, easy to get to places you are in Erie to visit. Right across from the mall, only a 10 minute drive to Lake Erie, short drive to the Erie Zoo, and easy access to Waldameer as well. Clean rooms, friendly staff willing to help, and decent breakfast included with the stay.

We have stayed here a few times when in Erie and it is our favorite. Clean, friendly and great location. And wonderful coffee!!! Customer service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed here. Enjoy your stay!
