I had an oil leak spring on my engine right before knee surgery. I called originally on Monday and they were all booked up until Friday. When I couldn’t find a ride I called again and was clearly upset because I didn’t think my car was safe to drive for extended periods of time and I needed a way to get to my appointments. They told me to bring my car in as soon as possible so they could see what they could do. They were able to find the leak, fix it and for a great price that day. I’ve never ever felt like I’ve been overcharged for anything by them, as I have used them multiple times and it’s ALWAYS a reasonable price! They really saved my butt. I can’t say they’ll make accommodations for everyone like they generously did for me, but if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop to get your car worked on, Midas is 100% the way to go!! Very reliable and timely service, they have a great crew of people and have always been very helpful. One of my favorite things about Midas is that they'll even send me a text to update me about my vehicle status, it's great!

This Midas location has the best mechanics and customer service. I have been using them for years! After they were able to put a new engine in my BMW X3, I am a customer for life. Ask for Derek Schreiner as he can do any job meticulously and timely.

We were travelling through the area towing a "new" used boat we had just purchased from a private seller when one of the tires on the trailer began to make a loud noise. We stopped in at this Midas store in the late afternoon, shortly before they were scheduled to close for the day. Turns out it needed a new wheel bearing. Not only were they extremely courteous and helpful, they went the extra mile, staying open past their normal business hours to resolve the issue and send us on our way with peace of mind that our 3 hour journey home would be worry free! Thanks to the staff for all of their help!

Midas has been a wonderful place for me to get my car worked on over the last few years. Not only do I get my routine maintenance done there but if I call with emergency car trouble they always find a way to fit me in.

They always call you before they do anything to your car and they do fair and honest work to your car. I travel a lot for my job so it’s important for my car to be running well, and I depend on them for all my maintenance needs. Very thankful for them!!

Driving on Rte. 4 and suddenly all the lights came on on my dash! Eek! Saw the Midas was right there and pulled in. The kindest gentlemen helped me right away and diagnosed the issue as drive-able and told me not to worry about continuing on my 3+ hour journey. Told me what the issue was and showed me the diagnostics. No charge. I’m home safely and so glad I pulled in to such a nice, helpful shop. Thank you!

Last week I had the best experience with Brent and Rich. I am a Pennsylvania resident driving through Vermont on a trip to Maine. I thought I was having some brake or radiator issues as I smelled something burning. A local resident recommended Midas in Rutland. I contacted them first thing on Monday morning, Brent said to bring it in at 2:00. By 3:30, Rich, the Manager called me into the garage to explain and show me the brake pads. He said they still have life in them and no need to replace them, rotors where fine, and nothing else found. I was so relieved. I was expecting to pay the diagnostic fee but Rich said no charge. Wow! That made my day. Wonderful customer service.

Midas service is definitely Golden. I prefer patronizing independent businesses, but when I went to Midas 10 years ago with a problem I couldn’t fix, Midas not only fixed it while I waited, but didn’t even charge me. In return, they got a customer for life. They even know me by name. During those years, the team has kept my 2004 Subaru running like new. When brakes they installed wore out prematurely, Midas honored their warranty with no problem. Managers Allie, Richard and Brent and mechanic Dexter and others are constantly professional, courteous and especially honest. I trust their mechanical expertise explicitly.

Timely, affordable and reliable service

I’m pretty particular concerning my vehicle maintenance. I moved to the area several years ago and a large concern was leaving a garage that I trusted. This place took care of those worries. Always professional, always up front about costs, always follows up and takes care of the issues that arrive. I use this place for oil changes, tires, lift installs, air suspension installs, suspension work, pretty much everything that isn’t covered by the warranties on my cars. Rich is extreme helpful and he has a staff of experienced mechanics who seem to give a damn about their work. I highly recommend these guys.

My father has been going to this Midas location for over two decades and was always pleased about the service.

After my father passed away i inherited his car and came in with what I thought was the sound of a low brake sensor telling me it was time for new brakes. Rich’s team took off the wheels showed me that there was at least 90 percent left on the pads. They were incredibly honest and said it could have just been a metal flake on the pad or something from the road caught in the pad but the tires back on and sent me on my way. Rich was very kind about my dad passing and had some nice words to say. Just all around a good experience and I can see why my dad liked them.

They have my business for life!

West Lebanon Midas is the only branch I will go to. The only thing I take my cars other places is for the state inspections....it is owned and operated in NH and I live in VT , BUT Dave and Shelly have been amazing to me! I have been going for almost 5 years now and I won't go anywhere else....

These guys completely save me. My tire was busted I got there 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The woman behind the desk got into her own car to go fetch a new tire from their supplier. What could have been a disaster was completely averted and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Best service I've ever had anywhere in anything.

I love this Midas, they always are able to tell me what anything is when my car needs repair, and in this instance they kindly welded some fixtures in to ensure that all would be well. Fast, professional, caring, and friendly service. Top notch, I highly recommend, this shop is run very well and I really could not ask for more.

I was leaving Killington and my vehicle was shaking badly after I got up to speed. I thought it was a tire that was no longer balanced, or worse my wheel was about to fall off. I stopped in and talked to them, and they told me that it was most likely snow packed behind the wheel. When I went back out to my car I saw the snow packed behind the rim. They checked my lug nuts and washed out the snow and sent me on my way. Turns out that is what the problem was. Nice to deal with honest and friendly people.
