They had more than I was looking for, and the cashier was super friendly and helpful! Which was a very pleasant surprise compared to my hometown HD. 😀

I recently purchased a home 15 minutes from this Home Depot in Chittenden and it needs a lot of work. I’m at this Home Depot very often. No matter what it is I need help with, Brian has been absolutely amazing and so so helpful. I purchased vinyl flooring and install through this Home Depot and Brian has gone above and beyond to make sure I have all the correct materials, the deliveries are scheduled and taken care of, and makes sure I understand everything going on. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I truly would be lost in this store without him. Thank you so much Brian for all of your help!!!

The guy who helped me here yesterday was awesome!!! Great attitude, very helpful, knew where to find a screen door for my awful, no-name deck door, then lugged it to my car, and managed to fit it on perfectly. HE earns a 5 star rating from me!

Our thanks & compliments to Colin at Rutland Home Depot for his willingness to go the extra yard to answer all our questions & help us with a problem regarding a recently purchased electric trimmer. He helped with all our shopping needs, & offered to physically help load sod into our car. It's hard to find such good customer service these days, so Colin's dedication is much appreciated.

These guys are great on there service desk. I am not really great on the internet so l went up there to order something and they did it no problem. The only part l didn’t like was that they charged the item to my credit card and l have been billed for it and l don’t have the product. It’s on back order. I feel the item shouldn’t be charged until the item comes in. Other then that l think it’s a really good store. Especially the service desk very good people and very patient as well.

The worker wanted to know if the flex tape worked on our kayak. It did amazing at keeping the water out. So yes flex tape does work for boats

Very helpful individuals working at the paint counter. We got too much of one color - way too much- and asked if we could tint what was left over for another room and the man helping us was very helpful. Other places would have said no just to sell more paint.

Sales associate asked if we needed any help, we did not at that time. Then when we had questions easily located associate that was able to provide answers. Check out personnel very helpful.

My first time there and I was in my heaven! Literally had everything I was looking for!! One stop for all my garden needs!! Looking for some house plants? They have some beautiful plants!! It you've never been... You've gotta go!

I had a great experience earlier this week. I went in to the Rutland Home Depot to get some outlets and also a kitchen sink and faucet for my new project. Libby in the kitchen design department stopped what she was doing to show me all the sinks and faucets that Home Depot offers -even the ones that are not stocked-and helped me order both items which are scheduled to be delivered soon. This made it so much easier to continue dealing with the minutia of my project. Her eagerness and enthusiasm for my project keep me coming to this store. And it is amazing with all the people she deals with how she can keep the details of my project straight -but she does. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

The Home Depot is a hardware super store. They have everything you could be looking for in regards to home improvement, building, construction DIY and many other things. This one in particular is a great one. Clean building, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Expected prices. Just your average Home Depot here.

It's 1 of the larger home depots in the area and you can get things here that you can't get at smaller stores such as metal roofing. I have ordered things online and picked up at this store and the service is quick and they help get loaded up.

Home Depot is a Great place to shop. Some of the employees are excellent & some are not. Overall the store is a Great place to shop.

I would like to commend George Grimm in the design area of Rutland Home Depot. I have been working with him since September 2019 on designing a new kitchen. He has been extremely helpful, does a really good design and is wonderful to work with. The construction people, Corey and Carolyn and their crew, keep you apprised of what they are doing and are skilled at their jobs. I recommend Home Depot for design and renovation with no reservations.

This store has everything for all people I was very satisfied with the employees they will go out of there way to help you find what you need for the job your doing great prices I recommend this store totally

What's not to love?
Good prices not so knowledgeable sometimes. Learning to use the app more while I'm in the store. So far it has been accurate in showing what is in stock.

Lucas Shook was a great help in the plumbing department. Highly recommend him!

Very well stock and employees always willing to help and point you in the direction to something your searching for. Pricing is also very affordable. This store rocks!
