Newport Bristol Park Dental (Formerly Birchwood Dental Associates)

I have been going to this site for years, FKA Birchwood Dental. I appreciate the former and new staff, both are very professional and conscientious of my Dental care. Dr. H addressed a Dental concern I brought up while offering great advice.

Had my first experience with Bristol park dental and I have to say they were great! Everyone, from front desk staff to the dentist, was friendly, helpful, and kind and I felt like I got a very thorough cleaning and exam. Would recommend this practise to anyone looking for dental care!

I’ve been going for many years and enjoy all the staff there! Any Cleanings or work that I have had done have been excellent. No one ever looks forward going to a dentist and I’ve had nothing but pleasant experience there. I am glad I made the switch many years ago.

I struggle w/ dentist anxiety & medical trauma in general, was upfront w/ my nurse about this & they were incredibly nice & understanding. Ended up needing 2 teeth pulled the day i went in for a cleaning & they were great about making sure I was comfortable; absolutely would recommend.

Went skiing at Jay and unfortunately chipped my front tooth. Got in for an emergency visit and couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Dr. Hamidzadeh, Dr. C, and Schona for helping me get my smile back <3

I have been taken great care of by this dentist/ dental group for many years, decades, and have always had the best care. My dental hygienists have been great… I couldn’t ask for better!

Just started using this dentist again and they have done amazing. I knew I needed a few extractions and they were right on top of getting that done for me. Very friendly and kind staff.

Absolutely terrible. I brought my sister it for a 10am appointment- she needed her tooth pulled. they scheduled it as a cleaning but they fixed it and got her set up for a root canal. They numbed her(she has a fear of needles) and all was going well until the dentist disappeared for two hours and came back to start with her tooth. (12pm and we were missing school for this appointment) when he starts, the numbing had already worn off. my sister says no more needles. This dentist had the nerve to get snappy and blame this on us. He was acting as if he was doing a favor “squeezing her in” when she had an appointment. I could no longer take this because it was a complete waste of time at this point, so we left. I will 100% be switching to a different dentist. I can not believe they are getting paid for wasting our time.

Went here to deal with an infected tooth. Front office staff was great. Both of The actual dentist performing the work here were terrible. I spent an hour and half while two different dentist attempted to remove a tooth and left their feeling a 1000 times worse than when I went. This was my first and last trip to this place. The first dentist was young and inexperienced and the second was so old his hands constantly shook to the point that he made me scared he was going to cut something that didn’t need to be cut in my mouth. After 1 1/2 hours they both gave up and I ended up in pain for weeks because of the terrible work they did and they still didn’t remove all the tooth. My regular dentist in Lyndonville is the only one I go to now.

Had family that went here, they were rude and treated them poorly. Dentist always do a poor job when working on their teeth. Also when people from next door park there for a day they get all mad and threaten to tow their vehicles when they aren't hurting anything. Overall they treat people very unprofessionally. I wouldn't come here to have work done on my teeth.

We are new to the area. Broke a tooth on Friday evening, called in Monday morning after a very uncomfortable weekend. They do NOT do emergencies and are not interested in new customers. Don't bother calling their office. Evidently, they have a sufficient number of patients already.
