AT&T Store

I spent an hour and a half on the phone with AT&T customer support while they tried to fix an issue with my voice mail.
I decided to go to the physical store because they always seem more competent.
The store representative had the problem solved in THIRTY SECONDS!

Second time I have bought my phone here. They are great, very easy to work with, helped me with all my questions, and what I needed. Highly recommend them

I went in earlier this week to add a Samsung watch and Samsung ear buds to my account, since I just got the note 20 ultra just a few days earlier. The same rep who sold me my phone was the same rep who sold me my watch/ear buds. She answered all of my questions and was very patient. I would totally recommend anyone looking to upgrade or get AT&T service to visit the staff at Audiocarve.

While initially looking at the iPhone sR, Drew pointed out the camera quality differences of the iPhone sx or s10; having over 9000 photos on our old phone one knows right off we take more pictures than make phone calls! I've listened to store personnel at Walmart in two locations and they are ID10t's compared to the knowledge these guys have!!!

We stopped in to see what deals were available and walked out with 3 new phones. Very helpful. I recommend them 100%
