Dr. Brabazon is very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions in laymens terms. I felt very comfortable and not rushed at all. I would recommend him as a primary care doctor.

Dr. Brabazon is by far the best doctor we have ever had. Our whole family (four kids, me and my husband) sees him, and after a long search for a good family doc, we have finally found the best. My parents recently switched to him as well and are so happy they did. He truly cares about his patients, which is hard to come by. Also, the ladies at the front desk are just the sweetest. Love love love this practice!

Dr. Brabazon is an excellent doctor! That’s why I drive 45 minutes for an appointment. He listens attentively and we discuss potential ways of tackling my medical issues. He remains up to date on new and improved treatments. I consider myself lucky to have him as my doctor.

The office is very clean the staff is very polite and helpful the doctor is excellent very smart answers all your questions and very polite. Highly recommend this practice.

Doctor Chris is a top tier doctor that is more of a life long family member who has genuinely stood by my side and gave me hope and strength in the hardest, most hopeless, trials of life after a devastating life changing injury.
DR CHRIS BRABAZON currently remains the only doctor i will truly trust with my wife and children's medical care. Not to say there aren't others like him, because of course there are somewhere. I just know how hard it is to not only find them but to keep them.

Dr. Brabazon is patient focused. He makes me feel as though my health is all that matters. So excited to have a great doctor. I drive 45 minutes to be able to have Dr. Chris as my PCP. And I would drive further!

I also feel that Doctor Brabazon truly cares for his patients. He always takes his time explaining my blood work up results. I never feel like he’s rushing me though, to get to his next patient. I would recommend Dr. Brabazon to anyone.

For being new patients staff was very friendly and helpful in getting my husband treated talked to us like real people not someone whom was gonna rush ya back out the door ,, they are wonderful thank you

As always, even his past practice, Dr. Chris is wonderful. He is kind, personable, understanding, and listens very attentively.
He is very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to either a routine visit or one for some sort of illness. He spends time with you. He doesn’t treat patients as it they are just some number he needs to see. The 45 minute drive to have him as my Doctor is well worth it.

I love Elizabethtown Family Health Center. Allthe nurses are so nice and very friendly. I switched my primary provider to Dr Brabazon and I was more than happy with my visit. He is new and I would 10/10 recommend him. Took his time, asked questions and he was also great with my son who came along to my visit with me. Staff is always so nice!

My experience with going to this Family Health Center was very good from the beginning starting with the receptionist who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
The nurses showed great professionalism an incredible commitment to their patients and the Doctors are very supportive and showed a great commitment towards helping their clients.
I would recommend this Health Center to anyone looking for a place that delivers a high level of health care.

Dr Chris Brabazon is excellent in his mannerism and most helpful in diagnosing a problem. He listens to me and will stop me if he needs clarification. I travel 35 minutes to see him and he is top notch. I wish there were more like him.
